We highly recommend the place. Very modernly furnished and above all very clean. Our messages were responded to super quickly. On foot, it took a little more than 10 minutes to get to the restaurants, but that's perfectly fine. The apartment is quietly located and you can visit many beaches within a very short time from there.

Jelica is a very pleasant and helpful host. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Metajna is a small and quiet village; the sea is clean and beautiful.

I totally recommend the place, everything was 100% clean, clean towels and linens were changed regularly. In the apartment you will find anything you need for your life, even the baking supplies. Below the apartment there is a beach a few minutes walk, there are wonderful beaches nearby (also suitable for babies) a few minutes by car. There are two restaurants in the place. Immediately opposite is a bakery and a bit next to a grocery. You will not regret this accommodation.

The apartment is beautiful, very stylishly decorated and there is everything you need. The view of the sea (we moved the terrace furniture a bit so that we can look towards the sea) and the nature in the area is very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. Vedran was very helpful and friendly. He always responded quickly to questions and gave us many recommendations for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Burcu, the woman who was on site, is very helpful and sweet. The beach a few minutes away was perfect for us for swimming before breakfast, after which we mostly looked for and found a "lonely" bay :-) it was wonderful. The water is crystal clear. This is our first trip to Croatia. We were looking for a family vacation, taking into account the fact that we have two children, one of whom is only 8 months old. The hostess speaks English and is very kind!The apartment is clean and cozy, has everything you need, with a large balcony, great sea and mountain views! There is an opportunity to park a car in the yard, there is also a place for heating. The beach is very close, literally 3 minutes, but there are stairs, so the baby cart needed to be carried a little in your hands. This beach with pebbles, with a gentle entrance to the sea, so it is suitable for children, the water is very calm and almost without waves, as there is a bay. There is a grocery store nearby, you can walk, but there are resort prices, so we went to the city center to a supermarket. Next to the house there is a bakery, a vegetable tent and a restaurant overlooking the sea. You can also drive around the island itself, there are nice places and beaches. We were in the velvet season: the water was still warm and we bathed even on rainy days, it was our best autumn vacation!We recommend this apartment!

Sandra is great!! We were very comfortable immediately. She took good care of us. Best service ever! Wonderful view from the terrace. There is everything you need in the accommodation. The only drawback, if you want to mention something, is that you have to rely on the car to explore the surroundings. Thank you Sandra! Your 3 girls from Berlin ❤️

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

A very nice place to stay with all comfort you need. A nice bedroom and ensuite shower and a cosy living room and kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the beach and good location to go to Zadar (30 min.)

We had a very pleasant stay in Magdalena's apartment. It is spacious (even for a family with three kids), very well equipped, and clean and just 5 minute-walk from the beautiful beach. Thanks to the clear instructions, we easily found the apartment where we were welcomed by Magdalena.

Very nice and practically furnished apartment. Guaranteed parking space. Outside, you can use the barbecue, which is useful when you buy fresh fish. Mirjana and her husband are very kind and helpful. We were in the last week of June, so it was still peaceful what we wanted. The apartment is located in the very center of Simuni, literally on the bay, so there are also restaurants right next to it. You can walk to the water right next to the apartment or take a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The host was always friendly willing to help. The environment where the accommodation is located in the center in a quiet environment. The apartment was nicely prepared and clean. We felt good in it. The beach was close by and not crowded. The weather worked out, it was beautiful sunny and warm during the day. We recommend visiting this place👍😄🌞

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen, sea view. The beach is very relaxing. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet holiday. The owners live in the building, they are always available, helpful and nice.

The apartment has recently been renovated and the two bathrooms are new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has private access to the sea and sunbeds are also provided. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs for eating outside. The sea is beautiful. The location is very quiet, perhaps the only problem is the distance from the villages, the nearest supermarkets are more than 20 minutes by car. Anna's dad was always very kind to us and always available to meet our every need. Very nice experience.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Everything went smoothly, great space. Dino was very communicative and was able to answer everything.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

The place was very nice and we could see the beach from our balcony and also from one room, I would it is a 30 mins to the center with a car but if you take bolt it was a bit expensive than in split. The Airbnb in general was great !!!!
