Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Simrishamn

We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house – perfectly located close to both the sea and the beautiful nature reserve Grönet. The house was charming, well equipped, and very homely – we felt at home instantly. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and warm, and it was noticed that they truly care about their guests' experience. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish, and we really appreciated their hospitality. We had a great Easter and will be more than happy to come back!

We enjoyed Ola's accommodation very much. Very nice location outside Skillinge. Wonderful view of the Skåne landscape. Well-equipped and cozy kitchen, everything was there. Nice patio with evening sun. Good bedroom upstairs and nice beds. The host Ola was very nice and accommodating. We would be glad to come back.

Badehotel vibe and especially great location!💙 We had some great days at Anders and Bolette's house! The house is just cozy, homey, and there's nothing missing. Our kids enjoyed the fact that it was close to the water, the alcove, and the large terrace. There was clear and good communication. We would definitely come back. The house and hosts have our warmest recommendations! ❤️

We loved every moment of our stay in Brantevik. I don’t think my wife will ever get over her joy at being in the same building as the owners’ antique store ❤️ but also being totally private. The garden was a beautiful place for meals and apero and the incredible views of the Baltic were the best way to wake up. Can totally recommend to any couple and the beautiful Osterlen communities are all within easy reach. Maria was just such a wonderful host.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 nights, a summer idyll in Österlen. Very cozy cottage on the farm but access to a beautiful garden behind, where you could play Boule and Kubb. A quiet and cozy area. The cottage looked the same as in the pictures as in real life and the host Jenny was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Close to both Kivik and Simrishamn about 10 minutes by car. Even closer to the golf course (about 2 minutes) and Mandelmann's farm (about 5 minutes).

Very nice and quick communication with the host. Well-equipped apartment with all necessities. It is located in the basement with a little less light. Highly recommended if you want a little quieter accommodation with relatively close to nature areas.

We loved staying with Tarja! She and her family where accommodating and her son Per even drove us to the wedding we were attending on Saturday. Can recommend it- the bicycles were a bonus! Tack!

Fantastic three night stay during our cycle bikepacking odyssey. Clean and functional, we made our own dinner sourcing food from the Osterlars supermarket 2 km along the adjacent cycleway. Lots of info available of what todo, suggestions. Highly recommend

Communication was great, Johan is very nice, the accommodation was clean and cozy, but sometimes we lacked a slightly larger table than the garden table. The glass table over the old tractor hood is original, but impractical. The place in the garden was great.

A nice accommodation, simple but cozy. Everything worked very well and it is well located to go to the village, Revhaken and Kronoskogen which are my favorite places in my place of residence.

A nice apartment, in a part of a farm. Completely private, spacious with cozy living room and view of the large garden. Ingrid and Thomas are friendly hosts. They gave us various tips.

Super nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay in Åhus. Very affordable and spacious, we got much better accommodation for a cheaper price than those who stayed at the hotel next door. Very satisfied. Will be happy to come back :)

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

Had 2 amazing weeks at Annette's place, we would love to come again. Quiet surroundings but close to everything - about 2 km to Allinge son has everything. Annette is a great hostess, with great advice and directions. The kitchen is described as basic, but I would say fully equipped, nothing we were missing, will especially highlight their boxes with lids, they we used a lot - all equipment is clean and as new. 4 good beds, older but excellent bathroom, a clear recommendation from here 😎

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Daniel is a great host and we felt right at home. The surroundings invite you to take a walk or simply to relax. We were there at the beginning of June and the water was still too cold to go in, so there was not too much going on and it was very private. The accommodation is absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back. :)

Perfect private and nice accommodation where nothing was missing and good starting point for excursions. Thanks to a fully equipped kitchen, there was no problem to cook. We were four adults and were all very happy! A vase of tulips 🌷 and apple juice from the local musterie was on the kitchen table upon our arrival, which we thought was extra nice and welcoming!!😊
