Holiday rentals with lake access in Simcoe County

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

Wonderful stay! Our host Dylan was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The home fit our large group comfortably. The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras (lots of towels, warm blankets, coffees, teas, little treats) Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Lots to do, we all enjoyed ourselves and we’re already planning our return stay!! 😊

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! Amazing responsiveness from pre-booking through to checkout! When you walk in the front door the view is stunning, and gets even better at sunset. Everything you need is readily available, kitchen has all you’d need. Loved the open living space for conversation. Even though neighbours are close, it still feels quite private on the deck and in the yard. Highly recommend this place for a smaller group. Just be sure you’re all ok with stairs as the bedrooms are all downstairs. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sawdust City Haus. Everything was clean and tidy, the decor was cute and cozy, and the house was well-stocked with everything that we needed. (We especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen and the selection of board games!) The instruction booklet with information about the house as well as local attractions was extremely helpful. We loved soaking in the hot tub and getting up close and personal with the neighbourhood deer! Oh, and the beds are super comfortable too. Devon was a great host; always responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything!

We absolutely LOVED Dawn’s home. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. We were extremely impressed with how well stocked absolutely everything was in the home….she thought of every detail and went way above and beyond. The welcome basket was stocked with delicious treats, there was extra…everything. Her home was cozy, warm and welcoming. Dawn is an extremely generous host. I highly recommend staying at Dawn’s home and we look forward to returning soon.

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

Tess is lovely and their place is in the best possible location by the beach. Literally steps away. The weather was a little cold and rainy for late May but it made for a cozy retreat with lovely beach walks. You can walk beautiful long strips of uninterrupted beach. Library was nearby if you needed books for “staying in” days and across the street from it was an amazing, authentic Italian sandwich and gelato place the hosts suggested (Che Roba! Soooo good) Overall my husband and I loved it and would definitely go back!

Carley's home was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything and anything you might need. the hot tub was very clean and private. beautiful home.

This was a perfect stay for a long weekend. It is very cosy and had all of the amenities we needed. The fully stocked kitchen was great along with barbeques kayak and canoe. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, relaxing, looking out at the beautiful sunsets and lake. The Muskoka chairs on the dock were perfect touch. The well organize organized welcome binder is a great touch and gives you lots of ideas for things to do in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay at this cottage in Wasaga Beach. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the beach, but still quiet and private. Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The resort is quiet and had lots of activities for my 1.5yo. Inside, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Overall, a relaxing and well-kept place to stay for such a great price.

I stayed here for two nights and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, the location was convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing short getaway. Definitely worth considering for a quick escape!

Great little spot to get away for the weekend at an economical price. Was duck season so lots of gun action in the morning which was a bit annoying but nobody’s fault. Close to the beach and nice walking trail nearby. We had a great visit.

Really lovely spot! The cottage is super clean, well laid out, with lots of outdoor space and tons of amenities, from the hot tub, indoor/outdoor games, etc. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, and just a few minutes walk to beach access. Really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the hosts frequent communication and clear instructions. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!
