Townhome holiday rentals in Simcoe County

This was a beautiful place with great views, only a 5 minute walk away from the village. It was clean with an organized bathroom and kitchen amenities. We weren’t missing anything. There was a nice fireplace with a lot of board games. Super cozy, and a great place to take photos. You also had access to a shared hot tub. Sometimes other people got rowdy at the hot tub, but that is to be expected. Overall this is a great place for families or get togethers for skiers and people that like great restaurants and social events. Thanks, Adam!

Lance's place was fantastic. Self check-in was easy. The house was clean, spacious and well-stocked with cutlery/plates/cups/pans. Beds were comfortable and extra towels/linens were provided. Bathrooms were spacious with good water pressure. Wifi was excellent and Netflix/AppleTV was already installed on the TV. Lovely gas fireplace. The view of the 12th golf hole was beautiful. All in all, my family thought Lance's place was great value and we would love to stay here again.

This was our second stay at Julie's and was just as wonderful as the last. We hope we can return again in the future.

Another great stay at Val's place!

Jason and Tanya saved our trip after the first Airbnb we checked into was dirty and had mice! They had a last minute cancellation and allowed us to check in right away! They were super helpful in getting us moved over to their place. When we got inside it was beyond clean and comfortable. The kitchen was the best of any airbnb I've stayed in with spotless dishes and useable pots/pans and appliances. The unit is spacious and the beds & linens were extremely comfortable. A million thanks for saving our trip for us! Would highly recommend to anyone.

It was a great place for our boys weekend. The clean house is conveniently located near major highway and lots of grocery & restaurant options nearby. Ilya is a great host who’s responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Ty and Robyn’s townhouse. Beautiful place, well stocked, quiet and within close distance of Blue Mountain and local stores. Highly recommend

We had a very pleasant stay at Jeff’s. We appreciated having some outdoor space as well as a large comfortable interior space. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for a weekend stay and being pet friendly is a great aspect also. Everything looked like the pictures. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Barrie!

This place was great for our group’s weekend trip! There was enough space for the 7 of us with the common areas, and the pool table was a fun plus. It’s situated extremely close to Blue Mountain Village, which was convenient and walkable. The host was also communicative and helpful. Overall, Brendan’s place was a great stay and would recommend!

Place was immaculate in a quiet and beautiful area. Very close to Blue Mountain. We were happy with our stay here and would highly recommend this place and area.

Fulvio’s place was about a 15 minute walk from the village. You have two dedicated parking spots, one that is almost directly in front of the unit, and the visitor parking would be the spot closest to the road. Any additional parking was about a one minute drive away and it was free. If you are sensitive to smell, there was a noticeable smell around the house and the smell was noticeable to my mom when I brought all my belongings back home after the trip. After the first couple hours of being there, I was nose blind to it but I definitely would have preferred a more fresh smelling place. Other than that, the plumbing worked very well. We felt safe. We were playing some games late in the night and were yelling and laughing very loud but there were no noise complaints! Fulvio provided us with early check-in and late checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Although we didn’t bring any dogs, this unit and area was very dog friendly and it was very nice to see.

Our experience at Tristan’s house was outstanding. The space was impeccably set up and beautifully furnished with high-quality materials. Tristan was highly responsive to all our inquiries, which made our stay even more memorable. We will absolutely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend Tristan’s place. It is truly worth every penny!

Dean’s townhouse was comfortable, clean and conveniently located for our tour around Grey Highlands.

This pristine-clean home is beautifully designed and decorated, with the perfect amount of art and accessories. We really appreciated the host's quick responses to requests for information, and the set-up of the townhome. The three bedrooms + sofabed, 3 1/2 bathrooms with two large walk-in showers, and fireplace worked perfectly for our group of cousins. The 2 minute walk to Wasaga Beach to witness sunsets was the icing on the cake. A great find!

A great location close to town and the Essa Agriplex where we had a 3 day horse show. The kitchen had everything in you could think of, the bathrooms were spacious and so clean with tons of towels, and the whole place was very clean and obviously well cared for. Clair was super responsive (her turnaround time was seconds not minutes lol) and I would not hesitate to re-book.

Greg’s place was very clean, updated, and had a beautiful view of the Happy Valley ski/snowboard run. The beds were very comfortable, the living room offered a lot of natural light, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was fantastic, being right next to the Happy Valley run. Greg communicated very well, and in a very timely manner. A great experience!!
