Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Simcoe County

I rented the villa for a group of 16 ladies for a golf getaway. The owners are excellent to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had during and before our stay. The villa was spacious and well equipped with dishes ect to accommodate a large group. Beds comfortable. Unfortunately due to the weather the pool was not opened but some enjoyed the hot tub. Grounds looked like the would be very nice but again due to weather grounds we’re not manicured and grass has not been cut. Would definitely book again and hopefully next time enjoy the outdoor area. My husband and I just got back from a much needed relaxing weekend away and the place was perfect! We loved the hot tub and the privacy, including the water fall you can hear. My husband made great use of the sauna. The place was clean and updated. We stayed the whole weekend and found it the perfect place to unwind.

Great location! Alex was a great host, provided all the information beforehand, a very clean and well maintained house. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time at the cottage. Everything as pictured, beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, and lots to do including games, kayaking, paddle boarding, plunge pool, and hot tub. The lake isn’t great for swimming but we were never at a loss of things to do because of it. Wasaga is also just a drive away if you want something more lively for a night. Herb was a great host and very responsive, friendly and accommodating :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! Beautiful house, very clean, peaceful location, and stunning views. We were a group of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids) and had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and more and Paola was incredibly responsive throughout the week. We used the house as a base to explore the area and go into Toronto a few times, which was all easily accessible. We also just enjoyed downtime at the house, with a few nearby areas the kids could play outside. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I stayed at Allison’s place and it is a lovely spot. The house is clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is a perfect home away from home.

We had a lovely stay at Matt’s place. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We used the fire pit, games room and the hot tub. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated the large kitchen and cupboard space. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Thanks Matt!

This is our second year returning to this location for the peaceful, serene and convenient location that is minutes away from the many local attractions. The unit itself has all of the comforts as well as some thoughtful amenities such as a variety of coffee/tea, spices, local guides and more. We had a technical question and the host responded and resolved within an hour. Another great experience!

Great location and good for families with kids! You can enjoy the pool and hot tub. For change of scenery head into town which has a lot of restaurants and boutiques, plus if you time it right; the butter tart festival is held there in summer. There's also Little Lake Park that's 10 minutes if you want to go the beach. And anyone who enjoys Pickleball, there's excellent courts at Tiifin Park.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax, and the setup made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling crowded. Mina was an amazing host — super easy to communicate with and thoughtful throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. We had such a smooth and comfortable experience staying here, and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend Mina’s place for groups looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

Excellent AirBnb! Halina is so nice and welcoming. Her home and property are beautiful. The room and amenities were very comfortable. We had a late check-in, around 9pm, and Halina was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing after a long day. We’re looking forward to returning to the area in the future and would certainly stay with Halina again!

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

We loved our stay with Katherine and her husband. They are very warm, welcoming and interesting people. The B&B was of exemplary cleanliness. I want to point out that they paid particular attention to the bedding in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets super soft. The place is private and tranquil. It is also very pleasant to chat with them during breakfast, which was delicious! Katherine also makes homemade muffins that taste like heaven! Thanks again for your hospitality! The place was great! Host was great at responding during the trip and sent very thorough messages about the rules and what was allowed. Even answered late at night when there was a problem. Loved the local recommendations and local restaurants provided on the welcoming sheet. The area is very peaceful and good for anyone who is okay driving places. Me and my group were from America and we couldn’t have had a better first experience in Canada here. Very affordable too if you’re in a group!

This was our third stay at Todd and Karen's incredible Airbnb, and once again, they didn't disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity. The house itself is a true gem — spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the massive backyard! It’s perfect for lounging, playing, or just taking in the peace and quiet of nature. Every time we’ve stayed, we’ve spent hours out there, and it never gets old. Todd and Karen truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel special. This time, knowing it was my birthday, they surprised me with the most delicious cupcakes. Such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. It’s little things like this that make staying here feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to return for our next stay! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, beautiful spot with amazing hosts!

Stayed here for a girls weekend away and it was fantastic. Beautiful home, everything we needed (and more!), wonderful vibes. Gorgeous setting, just a short drive from local amenities. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.

Elizabeth and Craig were fantastic hosts, incredible welcoming and attentive. The A-frame is a beautiful place, larger than I expected from the pictures and well decorated. We had a wonderful week exploring the immediate neighbourhood, going to the local beaches, lots of bbqs and not to forget a few hot tub sessions! We had both sunshine and rain and the place catered for both! Thank you again for a wonderful stay and week, we had a blast.

We had a boys' golf weekend and enjoyed Victor's place. It's right down the street from the golf course, a really good location. The place is nice and rustic, nothing fancy, just as described, which we really enjoyed. It's a relaxing cottage with a very laid-back atmosphere. We will book again in the future for a boys' weekend.

Kate's retreat is a perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, private, with lots of nature surrounding the cottage. The sauna, hot tub, and fireflies at night - were the extras on top. Thanks so much.

A beautiful place, with everything you need for a private romantic retreat, my girlfriend and I also enjoyed bringing our dogs along. I’d say if one thing could be changed I have a preference for a firmer bed.
