Here you live in a rural setting, on a secluded natural plot with pergola and a small river at the back of the house, and neighboring houses and village road on the entrance side. The downstairs is unoccupied, but used sporadically by the owner. Via private entrance to a smaller hall and staircase you reach the upstairs that is rented out in their entirety. Exit to the balcony in one bedroom, from where you overlook the garden with the river. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and has a good standard.

Family cottage - Night and day (Lighthouse Kloverns cottage village)

During the fall of 2024, Wi-Fi has been plugged in, the plot widened, the front door is replaced, the broccles painted, the windows renovated. During late spring 2025, a terrace is built so the bridge gets bigger as well as parking is built with the possibility to charge an electric car. During early our lawn is also landscaped after autumn's widening of the plot. Close to most things in Rättvik, you can relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Quiet location 400m to the lake , you can swim and fish with a cozy afternoon sun. Bicycles and boat are available to borrow. In case of snow access ski tracks outside the house, fiber, cromcast are available, Gesundaberget with great views, cycling and downhill Linens and towels for RENT SEK 200/person and departure cleaning SEK 750 for the large cabin . Five minutes walking distance to the city center and beach, 6 minutes to Hotel Lerdalshöjden where you can take a bus to Dalhalla. Close to the train station. Lovely hiking areas and good restaurants in the area. The apartment has kitchen/living room and a shower/wc. Two rooms with double bed 160. Sofa bed 130cm Wifi. Patio with a wonderful lake view, barbecue available. Cleaning is done by renter. Linens can be rented for an additional fee to be paid on spot. Unfortunately, no animals can come along.

In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.
