We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

Had almost everything an entire family would need for a weekend (or longer) trip. The hosts were very helpful, even letting us check in early since we didn't encounter traffic like we planned for. They allowed us to smoke on the deck but we didn't bring ashtrays, we left for a bit & when we came back, they had put ashtrays on the picnic table for us! The basement was a HUGE hit for all of us, even the 77 year old grandpa we brought with us 😂 Lots of very cool memorabilia down there.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

This property was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Clean and cozy and felt right at home. There was plenty for the kids to do so we didn’t have to limit screen time because they wanted to be enjoying the amenities available! Jody was quick to respond with any/all questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend to everyone especially those with children!

This is one of the most well thought out properties we have stayed at. There was everything & more. In fact some of things provided for us we could never have even thought of. Michelle is responsive & accommodated all requests. Definitely spoiled us & raised the bar. Loved it & look forward to being back.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. There are huge umbrellas in the yard that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. The whole home was immaculate! Plenty of space and stocked for all your needs there even are a few games, I haven’t played dominoes in years! We will definitely be back!

We took our family of 7 to Berlin to spend time with their brother and family. The house was a wonderful base to work from. We also hosted an afternoon BBq and the backyard was spectacular for all the kids to play soccer and baseball. Michael was a wonderful host and bent over backwards to help out. We will definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s! Well equipped kitchen and exceptionally clean. The location so beautiful and very relaxing.

This house on a large pond is a great find! Water views are stellar all day. The driveway has a steep angle but is not a challenge. As with many houses, it has its unique quirks, but the positives are very high. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking or just heat & serve. The furniture is comfortable and functional. We travel for freshwater fishing. With the rowboat, my husband caught & released over 20 fish - all large and small mouth bass. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Price was excellent for 5 of us. Plenty of room with a bed for each. Well equipped kitchen and walking distance to markets, trails and easy to find. We were in the area for a concert at Gillette and easy drive to the venue. Thank You Edward!

Diane’s lake house was awesome. Peaceful and cute, right on the lake. The screened in porch is great at night and anything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend this place.

Memorial Day weekend was cloudy, cool and windy, so my husband, elderly mother and I were especially pleased to have a nicely appointed and welcoming home base for hanging out. From a large screen TV down to the smallest of decorative details, Nicole has thought of everything to make for a relaxing stay. Having rented other places, I particularly appreciated spotless cookware, new bath towels, comfortable beds, and to top it all off an espresso machine! My tea drinking husband kept the electric tea kettle warm all morning. All this and a very nice, peaceful water view with great bird watching. We look forward to returning.

This place was easy to find and was very big and spacious. It was very welcoming with each bedroom having a small basket comtaining bottled waters, soaps, shampoos and lotions and clean neatly folded towels on the beds for each guest. It was also VERY nice to have AC units in each bedroom especially since when we stayed it was very humid. The house was very clean upon arrival and felt like home. The price was a little bit high for 1 night, but the level of comfort and location (compared to other Airbnb’s we looked at) made it easy to forget about. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you or your family are planning a trip to Worcester. We will definitely be staying here again for our future visits to Worcester when we go to visit our grandson. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Housed was perfect, Valerie was responsive, helpful, and the perfect host. A fantastic private and fenced in back yard for your four-legged family members. Market 32 across the street is fantastic for all your Grocery and food needs. Will definitely be staying at this residence again when I return to Boston.

We had a great stay at the lake house! It is in a great location--only 3-4 minutes from good restaurants. It's definitely set up well for families and my kids loved playing outside on the volleyball court. It has beautiful views from many rooms in the house because it is on a promontory on the lake. I highly recommend this place!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

The Uxbridge House was great. It is a charming historic building with upgrades to make you comfortable. Hosts Tim and Kristina were extremely helpful.

Thank for opening your doors and allowing us to stay at this lovely cottage/lake house! A beautiful gem with a gorgeous view of the water! Our 3 children loved the pond/lake and spent plenty of time enjoying it! Host was highly engaged and responded to questions within minutes! Great location as it feels secluded and private but just a quick drive and your at restaurants, gas stations and more! Thank you again for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back! Great job!
