Apartment holiday rentals in Shinjuku City

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is in a much quieter neighborhood and very peaceful during the evenings. 7/11 is across the road and a grocery store is right next door for anything you'd need. Train station and bus stops are extremely close.

Thank you for making our stay in Tokyo so wonderful! We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much. It was very neat and tidy, with everything we needed (including a steamer which was very handy!). Hanako is a great host - very responsive and provides recommendations as well. Apartment is located in a perfect spot - in a quiet area, but also close to the train station which makes it easy to get around. Definitely recommend Hanako’s apartment for your Tokyo stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Satoru's apartment. Everything was very nice and clean. Satoru was very thoughtful and provided an excellent description how to reach the apartment from the train station. Even with step by step pictures, so you really can't get lost. He even left us an umbrella for the rainy days. The apartment is very cute and gives your stay a traditional Japanese style. Everything was very welcoming and well stocked. He really thought of everything! 10/10 would book again!

We had a fantastic stay at Taku's flat. The location was superb, just minutes from JR and metro stations with excellent city-wide connections. While the flat was compact on the fourth floor (not an issue for us), the small bathroom might be a tight squeeze for taller guests. The real highlight, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Taku and Yuki – their proactive and attentive care truly made our experience outstanding. Thank you, Taku and Yuki!

We stayed 1 week here and thought it was a perfect place. The location is excellent. It’s just 1 stop from Shinjuku, which is where the best nightlife is, but it’s out just far enough to have amazing local restaurants and cafes. We loved Musashi no Mori (sort of diner feel) for lattes and jiggly pancakes in the morning (or coffee swamp for a more local coffeehouse vibe) and BBB for sandwiches. The shower had great pressure and heat. It was super easy to get checked in at any hour. The wifi seemed fast. The apartment has a washer which was nice for our stay, though drying was a bit tricky. Seems like that’s normal for this part of the world. Also, the bed was a little harder than my American back prefers. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend it to anyone looking for good location, close to the action without all the nightlife noise.

I would very highly recommend Oki's property to any prospective guest. I told him when we were checking out, he is the kind of host that has carefully thought out each possible thing you may need during your stay. This is another level of attention to detail that does not go unnoticed and really separates a good host from great. Oki was also incredibly responsive and one of the friendliest hosts we have come across. His little courteous and considerate offerings during our stay was so appreciated. We rented three units off of Oki and each were immaculately clean and well explained at checkin. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. Super easy stay. We especially liked having a baggage drop option hours prior to check-in as we arrived into Tokyo at noon. This gave us a bunch of time to explore the neighborhood. And it was great check-out was 11am versus all the other places we stayed was at 10am. Overall, we'd absolutely stay with Toshi again.

we had a great stay at Cask Village! The place looks just like the pictures, very cute and clean. we loved the decor and the attention to detail. Just a short walk to the train, this place has easy access to all the places we wanted to see. Yet it was super quiet neighborhood with lots of cute restaurants and bars! We would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the flat in Shinjuku. The location is good to explore Tokyo, you can reach the central areas quickly but it‘s still rather quiet. The flat is small (for Japanese standards normal) but sufficient for two people. It‘s a fair price and appears as on the picture. Lee was always very responsive and proactive and gave good instructions on how to find the apartment. The only thing we didn‘t like is that the bed is quite small for two people and there was a strange smell in the shower. We would come again when we are in Tokyo!

It was close to Skytree and in a great location with many restaurants around. The room was clean, and the host responded to messages immediately, which was great! I want to use it again!

A cozy, modern room in an extremely popular area that’s close by to many modes of transit, and a 5 minute walk from many attractions. The host always responded on time and with loads of care, would 100% come back here the next time I am in Japan!

We are grateful for our stay here. The owner was so nice, helpful, responsive and even lent us a pocket wifi. We are delighted by the place as it is accessible and walking distance from stores, restaurants and the train station. The amenities and appliances were complete. It is a home away from home. Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

I am really satisfied with my choice to stay at Miyabi Onsen for this trip to Tokyo!The house is neat and cozy, meticulously arranged, even the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept very peacefully.The bathroom is clean and bright, toiletries and bath towels (disposable) are well prepared, you really don't need to bring anything yourself, it's very convenient👏 The room is sunny and very quiet. On the day of check-in, I arrived a little earlier than scheduled. The host was very considerate and helped me store my luggage in advance, and carefully placed it in the room. The service really exceeded expectations.✨ In addition, the host was super enthusiastic. Not only did he reply quickly, but he also proactively recommended a few hidden super delicious shops. We went to eat pasta and izakaya, which was really delicious and had a good atmosphere.🍝🍶 In short, whether it's the facilities, services, or atmosphere, Yu Yuan Su made me feel at home🌿 If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely choose this place!

It is a very central but also peaceful place to be staying during you trip! The public transport connections are amazing. It’s just a 10-15 Minute walk to Takadanobaba Station which is on the Yamanote Line Service! Also you can just take the Seibu-Shinjuku-Line to Takadanobaba Station if you don’t want to walk, which is only 2 minutes away by foot! The accomodation itself has everything you need. The only thing which we would have wanted was a microwave but you can also easily warm up your food on the stove! It was also very affordable price for two weeks during a high tourist season like Sakura season in a central location like Shinjuku!! Definitely would book my stay here again.

We were lucky to find this place, the location was great. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and there are konbinis like mybasket and 24-hr lawson so it's easy to get food and snacks. The unit was very nice, clean, and spacious enough for us two, and the facilities were great. There were washing machine so we were able to do laundry and let it dry overnight in the bathroom. There was also wifi, it's very fast. The host was very nice and responsive, there were almost no delay in getting replies. Overall we had a very nice stay and hopefully we can come back to Tokyo again soon. Missing Sugamo already ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this house in Shinjuku! Despite being right in the heart of the city, the place was incredibly calm and relaxing — a perfect escape from the busy streets. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Plus, it’s within walking distance to all the fun spots Shinjuku has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the city while having a peaceful place to rest!

Place was a great home base during our trip to Tokyo! Having the washer in unit was a total game changer. Would recommend.

Both the bathroom and the room were clean and quite comfortable.The surrounding environment is also good, so I was able to spend time without worrying about noise.
