Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Shinjuku City

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

Great location, Akasaka and Akasaka-mitsuke are the 2 main stations nearby. A lot of bars and restaurants, convenient and drug stores around. The only negative thing is a bit of noisy in the evenings. Apart from this the apartment is excellent highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

Jubabe was very helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage for a small fee while waiting for check-in. She was very responsive with everything and even gave restaurant recommendations and was so kind as to offer to help make reservations on my behalf since I can't speak Japanese.

The location of the house is great, you can see the Skytree from the window, 10 minutes from the station, very thoughtful snacks were prepared, but the room space is a little small, the facilities are a little old, and the daily necessities are a little lacking, I hope it can be improved,

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful room in terms of facilities, location, cleanliness, and amenities!I wonder if it was left by someone who rented it in the past, but the seasonings were quite substantial, and I used them while paying attention to the expiration date.I think it would be very useful if there is no resistance. The TV is very large, and I can watch Netflix and YouTube, so I had a good time at home (◍•ᴗ•◍)

Great stay! Highly recommend the ramen place shared by Hideyuki. Close to the Asakusa line and a few temples are walking distance. Overall 5/5. Worth mentioning: the stairs were a bit narrow so please be cautious if members of your party have disabilities.

I LOVED my stay at this magical Airbnb listing! Whether you are a fan of Ghibli or just enjoy beautifully appointed homes, this is a beautifully and thoughtfully designed home with wonderful Hosts! Communication was proactive and friendly with all details provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Coming back to the listing at the end of the day was like tucking into my own beautiful little tree house full of thoughtful amenities and features! Even the lighting was thoughtfully labeled, well designed and easy to use! This was my first time staying in the Mitaka neighborhood and it felt much more locally authentic compared to more touristy neighborhoods (e.g., Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza), and I felt like I could actually immerse in the local culture, while still having easy access to the train (including express lines) to bring me to tourist attractions easily.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and as shown in the pictures. It’s beautiful, too, with the artwork and the feel of a traditional Japanese home. It was literally a stone’s throw away from the convenience store, very near the grocery and local Daiso, and beside restaurants, and a few minutes from the train station. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was at least an hour away from places like Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. by train, though, and since we were 6 people it ended up a little pricey to ride the train to go places everyday. But it’s a direct ride to and from the airport so we saved also from having to hire a private car for airport transfers. Overall it was very comfortable and clean, and a nice and refreshing place to go home to after a day of sightseeing.

The space was more than enough for our group of 4. One couple took the upstairs and one couple took the downstairs. The beds were comfy and the restrooms were clean. The house itself looks a bit older in the pics. The upstairs bathroom is an interesting arrangement.. kitchen sink, shower with no space to put clothes, and the toilet are all separate from one another. We made it work. We loved that it was super close to Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Life Supermarket. It’s also close to the Oedo line and very easy to get to the rest of Tokyo.

The place was very clean and safe. Very walkable and parks close by. Easy binder with lots of restaurants and places to go. Kazu was very helpful and courteous.

This was one of the best AirBnB stays we’ve had. The place was beautiful, so clean, new and very comfortable. They thought of every small detail to make sure guests have everything they need and more to feel at home. The property definitely felt high-end and luxurious. Even the toiletries they provided were high quality! The host was extremely responsive and eager to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The location was excellent. A very enjoyable and fun 8 minute walk to the station which was very convenient and central. The way to the station was filled with lots of charming shops and restaurants and a very beautiful park. The area where the home is located is quiet but just a few blocks away theres a good amount of activity so it’s a perfect blend. We stayed there for over a month and every minute of our stay was a pleasure. We felt sad to leave this gorgeous gem. We hope to be back again!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
