The house is clean and comfortable, suitable for one to two people. The house location and staying instruction provided are very clear. The response from the owner is quick and always nice. The house is with balcony and elevator which is a bonus! The house is close to restaurants and family-mart. Overall, it is a very enjoyable stay!

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is in a much quieter neighborhood and very peaceful during the evenings. 7/11 is across the road and a grocery store is right next door for anything you'd need. Train station and bus stops are extremely close.

Great location in Korea Town - lots of food choices, convenience stores and a Donki. Nice touches like umbrellas for passing rain/showers, and fluffy comforters.

We enjoyed our stay at the flat in Shinjuku. The location is good to explore Tokyo, you can reach the central areas quickly but it‘s still rather quiet. The flat is small (for Japanese standards normal) but sufficient for two people. It‘s a fair price and appears as on the picture. Lee was always very responsive and proactive and gave good instructions on how to find the apartment. The only thing we didn‘t like is that the bed is quite small for two people and there was a strange smell in the shower. We would come again when we are in Tokyo!

Tatsuhiro’s home was a perfect place to stay, great connections to Shinjuku and Shibuya. The hosts were very responsive when we needed help and very kind to provide free snacks and recommendations! I highly recommend this place to stay.

We stayed 1 week here and thought it was a perfect place. The location is excellent. It’s just 1 stop from Shinjuku, which is where the best nightlife is, but it’s out just far enough to have amazing local restaurants and cafes. We loved Musashi no Mori (sort of diner feel) for lattes and jiggly pancakes in the morning (or coffee swamp for a more local coffeehouse vibe) and BBB for sandwiches. The shower had great pressure and heat. It was super easy to get checked in at any hour. The wifi seemed fast. The apartment has a washer which was nice for our stay, though drying was a bit tricky. Seems like that’s normal for this part of the world. Also, the bed was a little harder than my American back prefers. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend it to anyone looking for good location, close to the action without all the nightlife noise.

Place was better than advertised. Very clean, well organized, large and spacious. The host Eric is responsive with providing directions and other periodic messaging regarding checkin and checkout procedures. That and reached out to us to ensure we had everything we needed prior to arriving. Absolutely zero issues while staying there. Local rail station very close and convenient when wanting to venture outside the Shinjuku area. Thank you Eric for hosting us and if my wife and I venture to Japan again next year. Sincerely hope that your place is available as I’d definitely stay there again.

Great location, surrounded by buzzing atmosphere. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable and clean space, situated close to train station making travel super easy. Great host, very responsive.

Place was located conveniently within walking distance to the Metro and JR line. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Host was friendly and responsive.

Tucked away on a quiet street, our stay was nothing but perfect. A few minutes walk to the Yamanote line at Takadanobaba Station and with multiple restaurants near by, it’s the ideal location for someone looking for a relaxed area yet close to the typical tourist areas. Oki was nothing but friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room had all the necessary amenities and the washing machine was so handy for a long stay. Thank you so much Oki for making our first visit to Tokyo so special!

We loved our stay. Super easy and clear communication, central location for sightseeing with lots of restaurants and grocery stores around.

Our host Hikaru is one of the best host we had ever met! He always responded to our questions within a few minutes. He came over to the apartment to greet us in person when we arrived (11pm), made sure everything is fine and answered any questions we may have. He gave us many restaurent recommendations. We tried a few and were satisfied with them all. The apartment size is perfect for my husband and I. It is sparkling clean. Good size sleeping and dinning area. Comfortable beds. Air condition and washing machine works well. Bathroom size rather small, but ok with us. Location is very convenient , Yoyogi station is just 10 minutes walk away. One station away from Shinjuku or Harajuku, Shibuya, depends on which direction you take. The apartment is in a quiet residential cal-de-sac. Within 10 minutes walk there are many restaurants and Lawson and supermarket. We are totally happy staying at this apartment. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

Lovely stay as described

We had a nice stay at this apartment. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the station, with plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets along the way. One thing to note is the steep hill leading down from the main road. It was challenging if you’ve got heavy luggage. Additionally, the apartment is on the second floor, and the staircase is quite narrow and steep, which made getting our suitcases up very difficult. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for two people, with enough room to keep our suitcases open. There were plenty of hangers in the closet. The washing machine and built-in dryer in the bathroom were very useful and easy to operate. Just a heads up: only one set of towels is provided per guest but with the washer, it was easy to throw them in when needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Takadanobaba was a great base and was quiet, local but still close enough to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. We would definitely s

While this spot is a ways out from the center of Tokyo, it is a great place to rest and recuperate from the bustle of the city. conveniently located a short walk from the Shinkuku line, the studio is well appointed, clean, and close to any needed conveniences. it is affordable and Masakatsu provided a great stay on my first leg of my trip to Japan. arigato!!!

We are grateful for our stay here. The owner was so nice, helpful, responsive and even lent us a pocket wifi. We are delighted by the place as it is accessible and walking distance from stores, restaurants and the train station. The amenities and appliances were complete. It is a home away from home. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with a view of Tokyo's Sky tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host is very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.

It is a very central but also peaceful place to be staying during you trip! The public transport connections are amazing. It’s just a 10-15 Minute walk to Takadanobaba Station which is on the Yamanote Line Service! Also you can just take the Seibu-Shinjuku-Line to Takadanobaba Station if you don’t want to walk, which is only 2 minutes away by foot! The accomodation itself has everything you need. The only thing which we would have wanted was a microwave but you can also easily warm up your food on the stove! It was also very affordable price for two weeks during a high tourist season like Sakura season in a central location like Shinjuku!! Definitely would book my stay here again.

EleVen was very helpful with directions and responding to my questions about travel from the airport. She kindly arranged a car to pick us up and that was great. She even had drinks, juice and yogurt in the refrigerator for us. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We loved having the washing machine and drying rack. On the last day we did run down to the lobby to use the coin dryers which was convenient to have. I would love to stay there again!

Exactly as advertised. Within 2 minutes walking distance from the subway station and a convenience store right in front of the building. Also very clean. However, given the small space, the fact that it’s not in central Shinjuku and the lack of an elevator (apartment is located on a 3rd floor through stairs) as well as of cooking facilities/tools, I would say the price is a bit too high. Mattresses are not soft (very Asia typical, but worth to keep in mind if you’re not used to it). But other than this, we had no issues during our stay and the place is perfectly fine to stay in for a couple of nights.
