Monthly Rentals in Shingashi River

This home was perfect for us! We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in such a great location to be able to hop on the train to go shopping and get great food. Plus it was a quick walk to the conbini which was a huge help! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe there. Kat responded almost immediately to all of my messages. We had to extend for another night and got it extended within 5 minutes!! I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend Kat as a host 😃

The airbnb was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our host and co-host were all very responsive and ensured that any issues we encountered or questions we had were resolved as soon as possible. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood which we enjoyed walking through in the morning and at night. Several convenience stores are located within a couple minutes walk away as well, and the train station is also quite accessible. Although it is on the smaller side for parties of 3, the host did reach out to us when we first booked explaining this to us and made sure we're okay with this arrangement. I'd definitely recommend booking this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Asakadai. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming—they provided clear, helpful instructions not just for check-in and check-out, but also for getting around the area. He also showed us around the place upon arrival and explained exactly how to use the appliances in the accommodation, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. Everything matched expectations perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The warm hospitality and thoughtful touches really made our stay special. Thank you again for everything!
