Monthly Rentals in Shilshole Bay Marina

What a beautiful Airbnb. The space looks as described and is well appointed for a long term stay. The area is peaceful and very walkable if you love nature. Discovery Park and the locks are close by on foot, and the main street of Ballard is just a little further. I found the area very bike friendly, as you are just a short bike away from the Burke Gilman and Ship Canal trails. Akosua was very kind and responsive-- highly recommend this place!

I love staying at Sam’s when I visit my son in Ballard! He is very communicative, accommodating and generous. The location is very convenient to Fremont and Ballard, and any other locations up north. Having parking and laundry is wonderful, especially when it rains during the stay. It is my go-to spot when I’m on my own and feel very safe in this area. I will be staying again soon!

We spent a few nights at the cottage over the long weekend and the accommodations were perfect! It presents itself even better than the photos as every room was meticulously clean and well thought out. The host was proactive in their communication, and quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s a great location amongst a quiet Neighbourhood, but only a few minutes walk to a coffee shop or great pizza restaurant! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Ballard. D & D

Kaushik was always communicative and immediately responded when I had a small problem with the Minisplit (air conditioning). It was absolutely private without anyone else around or using the place. It was easy to unload my luggage via the alley and then park on the street and I was always able to find parking close by. Ballard is a great community and while I was spending most of my time with family in another area close by, there are restaurants and services within walking distance had I needed them. I was also struck by the ability to cancel so close to the actual date. The place appeared to be brand new and everything worked well. the kitchen had everything I needed and the "living area" (separate from the bedroom) was quite comfortable. It is on the second floor, so those with limited ability to climb stairs would probably want to go somewhere else. I felt very safe and it is located in a residential neighborhood. I plan to stay there again and recommend it without reservation.
