The apartment is perhaps the best I've ever tried in years of Airbnb. Modern, clean, well-furnished, functional, with internet-connected TV. Sturdy fixtures and great air conditioning in the living room. The area is surrounded by small supermarkets and farmers sitting on the ground who offer their vegetables at affordable prices. Small supermarket at more affordable prices just a stone's throw from the house. There are many bathing establishments that offer an umbrella and deckchair for 7/10 euros, the sea is certainly not that of the Caribbean, but on quiet days it is even transparent. A 15-minute walk away there is a club resort that offers well-spaced sunbeds and a more relaxed and less noisy situation for 10 euros. Many restaurants, and with one of the many taxis you can get to Durazzo in 15 minutes and fly!! Endri is a special person, an attentive host who advised us well on where to find beautiful places and markets as well as promptly resolving anything

This was the nicest place we've been in whole Albania. It's so nicely arranged, the kitches has good equipment, two bathrooms ... what more one may want? It's around 2km to the main promenade, but beach is very close, in walkabke distance. We stayed just for one night and it was so nice stay we would always return back.

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

I and my close family stayed at the Uphill house nearly 2 weeks. On arrival we were greeted by lovely Mr Ali, who showed as around and during our stay was really helpful and brought us fresh fruits and jam and helped with car troubles. The house was as described- clean, cozy, with air cooling system, functional kitchen, Wifi, and other amneties, we felt like home right away. Mr Sokol greed us next day and was always enquiring if we need anything and recommended us places to visit in the near by area. We all enjoyed our stay very much and it was really hard to leave and say goodbye to all the turtles! We highly recommend to stay at the Uphill House, Mr Ali and Mr Sokol will take great care of you!
