Great riverfront cabin! Waterfront was absolutely what I was looking for, with a good hot tub view. Great host and the house has all the amenities you need. Close to town and easy road access. Only down side was not having full privacy due to the house next door being occupied. Other than that it was amazing! 10/10 spot!

Beautiful and charming home! The setting is peaceful and bucolic, from the creek in the back to the cows & horses across the road. My family was very comfortable there and had a great time. It was easy to get to JMU for graduation!

We loved our extended family’s stay here. We used the 2 kayaks a lot, parking a shuttle car or two at the Deer Rapids bridge. We cooked all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The recent renovation makes the place clean and modern so we all had a great time. We need to come back to use the fire pits due to rainy nights.

Shiloh Lodge, which my friends and I have renamed, Chateau Shiloh, was everything we could have hope for and more. Sadly, it rained 3 of our 5 days but it didn’t matter. This home was so comfortable and welcoming and relaxing; we didn’t care we were rained in. There were puzzles and games and books and great streaming services to keep us occupied. However, we barely used those amenities. We spent those days cooking and talking and sitting in the rocking chairs looking out the sliding glass doors and watched and listened to the rain, watched the wild life and of course, looked out at the beautiful mountains and the river. If you need a place of peace of mind, body, and spirit renewal, Shiloh Lodge is the place. We thank you so much, Diana , for such a wonderful experience. Take care.

A beautiful secluded house in the valley right next to the river. It’s pretty remote, the nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes, but it’s close to a lot of fun stuff to do. And there is plenty at the house to allow you and your guests to have a good time. Definitely worth it, would love to visit again

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! Everything was comfortable, clean, clearly labeled, and thoughtfully supplied. The close walk to Lake Arrowhead was perfect, especially to tire out our dogs - who were so happy in this house and with the backyard. We had a rainier weekend than anticipated, but the short drives to downtown Luray and Sperryville allowed us to take advantage of the times of sunshine, and the games supplied in the house made sure that we were never bored. Ryanne and Jay were perfect hosts - friendly, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at Keith's place. The deck and docks are awesome spaces to hang out, and we really enjoyed spending time on the water with the paddle boards and canoe. The cottage has everything you need with plenty of spaces to gather, and is even nicer than the pictures. Keith is a great host and we hope to stay again later this summer.

Wow I don’t know where to start. We first chose this beautiful place for two weeks and couldn’t help but extend another weeks stay. This home is positioned perfectly away from others with the river easily accessible behind the property. My partner and I found so many nearby trails to explore including an abundance of nearby farms to see the local animals. The Mountain View’s surrounding the area were breathe taking! About a mile from the property were some very tasty restaurants. We are from Jersey and Sal’s Italian made us feel right at home. There were stores under 15 minutes away allowing hassle free shopping while escaping back to the secluded cabin. Kinga was beyond helpful during our stay. She responds within a reasonable time and was very attentive. We will absolutely return to this getaway cabin again. You will get the best of every world at this beautiful home.🩷

We had a truly wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful rustic cabin with our two children and our French bulldog. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything you’d want for a peaceful retreat in nature. The amenities were fantastic, and having access to a canoe added such a special touch to our stay. Our two young sons had an absolute blast so much so that they didn’t want to leave! Our 11-year-old even asked if we could return for his birthday because he had such a great time. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We can’t thank them enough for such a memorable stay. We will absolutely be back and look forward to staying at one of their properties again soon!

Wonderful stay and great host. House is nice with a great screened in porch and backyard. Plenty of room for dogs to run around. Had a lot of success fishing in the river behind the house.

I’ve stayed in this place more than once and I’ll do it again every time i have a chance! This Cabin is really beautiful from top to bottom! I personally enjoy cooking and this kitchen was such a great choice! They have it all! Also, if you’re looking for a place to relax and be at peace, this is your go to Airbnb! I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin by the river. The location is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. I loved listening to the sound of the river at night and watching the mist in the morning. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. This is a great spot if you enjoy nature, reading on the porch, or just slowing down

This place was amazing!! The most well stocked place I've ever been to, it had everything you would ever need. You really only have to bring yourself lol. It had everything you could think of from q-tips to fishing poles!!! Definitely recommend, it was beautiful and huge. Kind of on the expensive side but well worth the money, I'd definitely come back. We had so much fun and it was so much for the husband and kids to do to keep them busy. I was so happy just to stay in the house and be left alone on Mother's Day weekend while they all had a blast 😂 The river is beautiful and the canoes were a great idea, we didn't want to leave. Bed's weren't my cup of tea but the shower was amazing. I really liked how the kids can stay on one side of the house and my husband and I were on the other side so you can still have some privacy. The road there is pretty rough and it takes a long time to get to the house but the seclusion was worth the ride. Definitely get this place if you can✅

We stayed for a weekend at cabin and had a wonderful time. Very quiet and private setting at end of road and on top of a mountain. Felt right at home with amenities and everything you need not to cook and relax. One of our best home renting experiences.

Our long weekend at Green Castle Cabin was just what we needed! The setting is gorgeous, the house is clean and bright, and the hot tub was relaxing! My 3 older kids (20, 18, 15) even enjoyed the relaxation here. The house was very easy to find, there’s a grocery store about 15 minutes away, and the host was very responsive. We had a great weekend and would definitely visit again!
