Perfect stay for our group of 12 - exactly as described, this is not luxury but it is comfortable and easy and well laid-out. Everything exactly as described.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Eileen's. Her home was beautiful. The amenities she provided was above and beyond other places I have stayed. We loved the fresh eggs we were able to purchase. The home was warm and cozy on the cold nights. We used both the fire pit and the hot tub. They were both great. If we are in the area again we would definitely book again.

The "Sugar Shack" is a lovely place for a retreat. I picked it because there were enough bedrooms for a girlfriend retreat where everyone could have their own space, but I want to go back with my family and spend more time on the river which is just out the door! We loved spending time out on the porch eating meals, by the fire pit, and in the cozy living room watching movies. We also visited Seven Bends State Park (~20 min drive) for a nice hike. Hosts were very responsive and clear with instructions. Thank you Julie!

Great adorable cabin close enough to Luray / Shenandoah to get around easily, but about 7 minutes outside of town, so far enough to feel peaceful and quiet! Very cute decorations and plenty of space for the two of us. Fresh eggs were delicious and they also provided wood/kindling for the outdoor firepit at a nominal cost. Hosts were quite responsive. It's at the end of a gravel road with 2 other cabins close by. A bit of a stale woodsmoke smell in the cabin which is unsurprising given the fireplace, but may bother people with environmental allergies.

This cabin and location were as peaceful and relaxing as they come! It’s close to Shenandoah National Park if you’re looking for some hikes or other outdoor activities, but it’s a perfect place to just hang out in nature and relax. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

My fiancé, pup, and I booked this place for a relaxing valentine’s weekend getaway, and we got exactly that! The cottage was charming and such a peaceful oasis with the beautiful views and farm animals in clear sight. The hosts were kind enough to leave us farm fresh eggs, muffins, and valentine’s themed chocolates — all were delicious and well appreciated! Additionally, they were very responsive and extremely friendly :) My fiancé and I spent time cooking dinner together, I baked, and watercolored, it was a lovely time! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

I have nothing but great things to say about Rich and Britany. I booked this Airbnb for my fiancés birthday. Upon arriving- there was a really bad storm, which took out a power line- leaving us with no service or electricity. Rich was so kind, and apologetic even with the situation being out of his control. he 100% made the situation right by us- I highly recommend staying here. The place is secluded, gorgeous, clean, and there are so many cute little touches even for our pups! my fiance and I will definitely be back for a weekend getaway, making sure to check the forecast ahead of time lol!

This place is beautiful! Even more gorgeous than the photos. The cabin was large and super clean. Hosts are excellent, very responsive and helpful. Really so glad we stayed here and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beautiful, peaceful oasis.

My family had the best time. We spent Easter weekend, took a day trip to hike at Shenandoah (and visit the Luray caverns). The trail heads we went to were between 1 and 1.5 hours away. We also hiked Big Schloss in George Washington state park (about 20 min to the trail head). The location was peaceful and private. Everything met or exceeded expectations. We had a great time as a family playing pool and games and enjoying the view. We had everything we needed to make meals, and restaurants and grocery stores are about 10 min away. The hosts were great with communication and gave us recommendations when we asked. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Donna’s beautiful Blue Ridge cabin! The home is nestled on a peaceful farm with gorgeous mountain views, perfect for our family getaway. The house was even better than expected: spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the weather couldn’t have been better! Donna was incredibly kind and responsive, with super clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and pool care. Just a small note for future guests: the home is on a working farm with cattle nearby, which we actually loved watching and thought added to the charm! But as with any farm setting, that does mean some natural farm smells and bugs here and there. Donna is very transparent about this in the listing, and it’s just part of the experience of staying in such a peaceful, rural setting. We stayed at this Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend with six adults, and it was absolutely beautiful—both inside and out. Three of us stayed upstairs, while the other three used the bunk beds, which were surprisingly comfortable and conveniently located near a full bathroom on the same floor. We were especially relieved to have a screened-in porch, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs. The house was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a charming coffee bar and plenty of towels. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing mountain getaway!

Great stay for our family and dogs! The road up to the cabin is a little rough after a lot of rain but not unmanageable. Overall a great stay!

Excellent home for a group! Hannah's beautiful mansion had everything we needed for a wedding party group for the weekend. The home sits on top of a hill and has a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home slept 10 with way more space for many additional guests. No complaints about our stay and I would like to thank and commend Hannah for her prompt communication and flexibility with our group!

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our time there. Easy to separate dogs in the house. Wonderful yard to play with the pups in. If you have pups be aware the few cars that do travel the road do so quite fast. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but they appeared well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Out far enough with pretty views, but convenient to lots of things. Highly recommend!

We had an incredibly relaxing, peaceful, quiet getaway. The house is more than enough space for 2 people, well stocked kitchen, amazing scenery. Beautiful Mountain View’s, screened in porch, super serene.

This is our second year here for Memorial Day weekend and it was just as great as the first! Hap and Jennie are communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed kayaking and boating on the river, hiking and relaxing on the porch and by the fire. The accommodations are comfortable and nice for our family (3 kids and 4 adults and a dog). The kitchen is the most well stocked air bnb I have ever seen! We cannot wait to return

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We were looking for a dog friendly, private location with beautiful surroundings and that is what we got. Our primary focus was on relaxation and outdoor adventures with our dog. I highly recommend Natasha and Nathan's wooded cabin, they are great hosts and took the time to make sure the house was fragrance free because of our allergies. Bonus!! Oh...the hiking around Mount Jackson was amazing!!!

Katie was great and so was her husband. Both very friendly and very helpful. Their little cottage is very cozy comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend it and hope to go again.

This farmhouse was perfect for our weekend wedding trip!

House was as described and comfortable. It is a peaceful area and our dogs loved having lots of yard to play and run, and patrol for deer. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch rain and shine. It would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee machine but the kitchen is otherwise well equipped. Beds were all comfortable and house was clean. It was nice having a washer/dryer to use. The gas grill and hot tub were both a plus. Great place to visit when you want to bring the pups with you. Not a lot to do in the area but a visit to the Luray Caverns is worth it as well as a ride along Skyline Drive. For little ones, there is a playground behind the local elementary school as well as a nice one in Luray. Walmart, Food Lion, Dunkin, and other stores are conveniently located in Luray. Triple Crown BBQ was a hit for takeout and Chop House Bistro was excellent for dinner out. As is clearly noted in the home, ticks are plentiful so dogs should be checked regularly - we found a few on them daily.

Wonder stay for our family reunion in the area. We had such an amazing time and the house is absolutely adorable.
