Monthly Rentals in Shells Beach

Accommodation experience was amazing, the house is super cozy, Mrs Liege was super attentive and helpful. The house offers a lot of comfort, and is very close to the beach of Peró, approximately 10 min walk.

Privileged location in relation to Peró beach and 15 min walk on the sand to Conchas beach, excellent for being quieter, however, further away from the center. Markets are about 12 minutes' walk away and 20 minutes' drive to Forte beach, which has better infrastructure. The flat is exactly as in the photos, very beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is good for breakfast and afternoon snacks, however, to make a meal, we had difficulty having only one stove, one pot and one frying pan. The hotel has stairs to get to the reception and more stairs to get to the flat that is on the second floor, without accessibility. The pool is open until 5:00 p.m. and is closed for maintenance on Mondays. As a curiosity, we stayed on May 25 (low season) and on the beach there was no minimum consumption and no charge for using chairs and umbrellas. Finally, we were very well attended, the hosts were always at our disposal and we had no problems.

This cottage is simply an incredible experience, it gives you a view that is beyond words. A place of peace!!

The house has a good location, it is not so close to going to the beach on foot, if you are going to take a lot of things it is better to go by car, as it was described in the ad, my intention was to get to know the region, and for that it was great, I met Cape cold, buzios and arraial, the time of travel was very quiet. In the nearby mall the prices are high for everyday things, but it has a nearby supermarket with very good prices and distributors, to buy drinks. The view of the house is stunning, the sunset with the view of the lagoon has yielded beautiful photos. We do not use the barbecue, but the balcony is very pleasant, the washing machine was also very useful, so as not to bring the clothes home with sand. The house served the purpose well, it is closed, but it has a ventilator and/or air conditioning in the rooms, which helps well. The hosts were polite, check-in and checkout are done on their own, but they passed the instructions correctly and proved to be available. Great trip, I recommend.
