Amber Vista Homestay gave me and my family an unforgettable experience. Right from when we arrived, our host Tribhun Bhardwaj was so welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was great. The food was amazing, with a variety of local dishes that really added to the whole experience. Every meal felt like a taste of the region and was delicious. But the absolute highlight was the stunning mountain view. Waking up to that incredible sight every morning was something we’ll never forget, it was magical. Amber Vista is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Whether you’re after relaxing, enjoying the scenery, or experiencing the local culture, this place has it all. We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in the hills. The property is beautifully maintained — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always available to help with any requests. What makes this place truly special is its location — tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You wake up to fresh mountain air and serene views, and there are plenty of mini treks and walking trails around to explore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat!

Highlight of the Cloudberry was the views from the terrace and the bedroom. It is a very well organised stay with a very helpful and responsive manager Ranjana and always available caretaker Ajeet who helps with the luggage and procurement of any groceries etc, and efficient Malti who comes to clean up every day. The inhouse kitchen was excellent and whatever we ordered was very tasty and conveniently delivered to you, ofcourse with 2 hours notice. The apartment is located a 10 minutes walk away from the Mashobra market where you get all necessary basics. Fresh jalebi’s at Red Chilli restaurant in the afternoon are scrumptious. I would also recommend a visit to the Boca Mario Restaurant ( with prior reservations) for some delicious italian and oriental cuisine . Visiting the Mall Road in Shimla entails a 45 minutes drive to the lift parking lot and then taking a lift upto the Mall Road. A must do is a beautiful walk across the Mashobra Market and on towards Hotel Regenta.
