The location and the house were amazing. The communication was super easy and Michalis was really helpful. I recommend this place, we had a great time.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

The view is incredible. There are maybe 2 or 3 other houses at the end of a windy dirt road, so there is zero traffic. Totally peaceful. The accommodations were comfortable. Having a washer on site was a bonus. Also, the water was AMAZING; my hair was the softest it has ever been. I’d come back just to wash my hair here. Be careful not to lock yourself out. The door locks behind you and it doesn’t have an electric keypad. Highly recommend this Airbnb if you don’t mind a windy drive and are looking for something truly unique and off the beaten path. The local restaurants are as authentic as it gets. I felt like I was in a Greek movie.
