Adjacent to our other vacation rental.Great for someone who wants to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are by side.

Premier location in Historic Downtown! This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center and downtown shops and restaurants. We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Small but quaint with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor area. Free Shuttle and walking path 1 block away.

Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center. Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

We are in the heart of downtown Seward! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and a variety of family friendly activities along Resurrection Bay. Our apartment is above the health food store, with a coffee shop and deli, and adjacent to a playground, Kawabe Park, and the free shuttle stop. You will love our place! We are great for groups, couples, families (kids, too!) and business travelers. You are at home with us!

This newly renovated listing is a perfect place to spend your time adventuring in Seward. Drive through town and down the bay side Lowell Point access road.
