It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by green spaces and a beatiful park, where you can go for a walk. Inserted in a private condominium with golf course, tennis, restaurant, cafe, grocery and private security. It will take you only 15m by car to the city center, 10m to the airport, 25m to the beach, 5m from a bus stop. It is spacious, with lots of light. It has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwawe and a induction hob.

This is a rural house if you want to be out of town, 15 km from Setúbal and Sesimbra, 20 km to Lisbon. It is inserted in the particular property. We have two separate apartments in this 1 hectare property and my family lives in the other house as well. We do not accept check in after 21:00 hours. If there is no possibility to check in earlier, please ask if it is possible before making a reservation.

The place is right in Praia da Fonte, the best location right in front of the beach . One of the best natural beaches in Portugal. .Home 75m from seawater.. Ocean view. My place is good for furry couples and friends (small pets). Addition of 6€ per night for animals up to 15 k. 25 km from Lisbon Airport.
