Sophisticated apartment overlooking the Gulbenkian garden

Fall in love with the view of the beautiful garden of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation on the sunny balcony of this bright apartment. With an elegant and sophisticated decor, all the details in this space were thought to provide an unforgettable experience. Excellent Wi-Fi quality service. Apartment in an old building, fully remodeled, with high ceilings, stuccoed ceilings and hammered glass doors. It is a comfortable apartment with good areas and lots of light throughout the day, both in summer and winter. This two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 people, divided into two luxurious en-suites with a walk-in closet and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a wonderful view. It also has a social toilet (no shower) for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of coffees and teas. Part of the house's utensils are an iron, ironing board, a small clothesline in the back, and a hairdryer. Each occupant will have a set of towels of excellent quality. On the balcony, allow yourself to rest under the Portugal sun and enjoy the vibrant Lisbon nightlife, accompanied by a good wine, or a comforting tea/coffee. Everything to make your stay perfect! The apartment is entirely at your disposal. On the day of check-in, there will always be a person available to show you the apartment and give you all the information you need for your stay. That's why it's important to let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Although we do not have a 24-hour service, we are always available to answer any questions and give tips to improve your stay. The Avenidas Novas neighborhood is one of the noblest in the city, very central and close to several transportation, commerce and restaurants. The apartment is located in front of one of the most beautiful green spaces, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation's garden. The apartment has a flat geographic location, allowing you to move around on foot without major climbs, and therefore with less physical wear. On footpaths, you can enjoy Lisbon's nightlife, where you will find a wide variety of pastry shops with their sunny terraces and try one of the best coffees in the world and its specialties. However, if the option is to travel by metro, in 5 minutes you will find the São Sebastião metro station, where the Blue Line will take you more quickly to the typical places. In this apartment, we excel in quality: - excellent quality bath towels with 600 g/m2 allowing for greater absorption and an extra soft touch. - cotton bedding with lyoncell that translates into a satin touch and accentuated shine. - cleaning is done by a company specialized in the field. As we like to welcome our guests, we always prepare a welcome surprise for them.

Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace

Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west).
