Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sesto Fiorentino

A beautiful spot in a great location of Florence. Everything is in walking distance, from the train station to the Academia to the Uffizi, this is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of four and we arrived to find the pull out couch nicely made into a bed for our children. The place was spotless as well! The host is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Really loved our stay here. The rooftop was amazing and it wasn't noisy at all, even with a concert going on a few blocks away. Amazing ambiance and views.

Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is located near the Cascine, 5 minutes' walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late Checkout, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11.00 a.m. but in the afternoon...thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Margherita’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected, and we ended up using 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The location was ideal for exploring Florence, just a short distance from Piazzale Michelangelo, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the instruction folder with local tips. One of the biggest conveniences was the local bus stop located right outside the property, making it incredibly easy to get into Florence and explore other nearby areas without needing to drive. The property is also within easy driving distance of a supermarket, which made restocking the fridge convenient. Being in a gated area, it felt very secure, and there was ample space for parking. Communication with Margherita & Simone was prompt and smooth, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Lovely stay. Easy to find and the trams made it very easy to get around

We had a great few days here. The tram was only a 2 minute walk away and then only 3 stops to the city centre, which was perfect for us. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our time in Florence and Gloria’s little apartment was great. It took us a few days to figure out the bus and train but after that it was nice to come back to some peace and quiet at the end of a busy day. Gloria was very easy to work with and great at responding quickly to any questions I had.

Rani was the best host I have dealt with as an AB&B customer. The apartment was spacious, had a great location and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant literally right next door, was excellent. I highly recommend the apartment and most of all the host Thank you Rani!!

Perfect Tuscan getaway. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and were blown away by the accommodations. The apartment was extremely spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The pool onsite was spectacular. Wine tasting and lunch onsite as well. We were even given a delicious bottle of Chianti Classico (~$45 value) upon arrival. Highly recommend!
