Stefania/Angela were terrific hosts, from beginning to end. The property was correctly represented and the communication was excellent. All of the little considerate things were so greatly appreciated! We would absolutely book again with Stefania/Angela.

We had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s place! The house was exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed. Tucked away in a quiet area, it was the perfect peaceful escape from the buzz of Florence, yet still just 15 minutes from the city center and all the main sights. Cosimo was a fantastic host – kind, responsive, and always ready with helpful local tips.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property just outside Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet only a short drive to the center. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Antonio was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Naima’s place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the most amazing scent—like stepping into a luxurious spa. The apartment was spotless and clearly well cared for, with every detail thoughtfully considered. What really stood out were all the little extras Naima provided. She had everything we could possibly need—and more—which made our stay incredibly comfortable. If you're heading to a concert at Visarno Arena, this location is perfect. It's a super easy walk, so no need to worry about taxis or long treks afterward. Naima was also an absolute pleasure to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and kind. We had such a great experience that we're already looking forward to staying again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place in Tuscany! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. Cristina was an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, responsive, and full of thoughtful local recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. The location was peaceful and picturesque, surrounded by beautiful nature, yet conveniently located for exploring nearby towns and attractions. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable as everything is walkable. The large patio was amazing for hanging with the family, playing cards, eating al fresco with a great view.

Paola’s place was perfect for our stay! In the heart of downtown but on a quaint side street, super close to the action but still felt like we had a peaceful escape. Tons of great restaurants right at our doorstep. Paola was a gracious host and was always reachable for questions or recommendations. 10/10 experience!

Our stay at Cosimo’s place was 5 stars! The apartment didn’t just look like the pictures it was better, so stunning and exceeded our expectations. The outside space and option of breakfast in the kitchen is great. The staff were very responsive, and proactive in asking for what they needed from us, as well as being so friendly and welcoming. As for the location, the views are just spectacular. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again & will be recommending to anyone going to Tuscany. An additional benefit is there’s a security gate at the entrance to the car park, with ample spaces. Meant we felt comfortable leaving our hire car there overnight. Our one suggestion for improvement would be an extra pillow each on the beds. Thank you for having us - the stay really added to our experience!

Gloria’s apartment was wonderful… newly renovated, clean and spacious, and equipped with everything you need. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood which nice after spending the day downtown Florence which lately has become incredibly crowded and it is nice to have a peaceful place to return to at night. There is a bus right next to the house that takes you downtown within 15 minutes. It is right at the foot of the hill of Fiesole and you get to take wonderful walks right behind the house. A great restaurant is just a few steps away and the grocery store can be reached within a ten minute walk. Gloria is extremely nice and responsive and it was a pleasure interacting with her. Will will be back for sure! Thank you for everything Gloria!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The porcupine's den is surrounded by greenery, we were looking for peace and tranquility and that's what we found. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the porch because the day was gray but I am convinced that in the summer it is a small paradise with the pool, barbecue and all the surrounding greenery. We found the house clean and equipped with everything, even the pan for chestnuts, the spacious bathroom and with a very useful anteroom for luggage. Getting there is easy and Massimo was very kind and very helpful, really an exquisite person. A stay to recommend.

Beautiful location for visiting Tuscany. Very welcoming host. Full of attention on our arrival. Apple cake, bottle of spumente and chianti and homemade vino santo. And peach marmalade. Pampered like royalty. The private pool is great. Place to recommend

I had the pleasure of staying in Lisa's accommodation and I can only warmly recommend it! Nestled in the woods, this apartment offers an atmosphere of tranquility and peace, perfect for an escape from everyday life. The apartment is not only cozy, but also impeccable in cleanliness and furnishings, with thoughtful details that create a truly pleasant environment. Lisa turned out to be a great host: always available and ready to provide tips on activities to do nearby. If you're looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, this is undoubtedly the ideal place. We can't wait to go back!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

A little corner of paradise in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and well-equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Silvia always available for any questions. It was 3 regenerating days. Everything was perfect!

We stayed here for two nights, we were in 7 people total + 5 dogs. The house is very welcoming and although for seven people it is a little small we had no problems with space. The house is beautiful even if with a lot of dust, I had a little allergy but it is a risk that I took as Silvia had made it clear from the beginning. Beautiful garden, with the perfect barbecue area. Our dogs had a great time. I recommend everyone to stay here, it will be worth it!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!
