We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The house is super equipped for cooking, with everything you need available. The outdoor spaces are beautiful: lots of well-kept greenery, ideal for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the area is very quiet, great for unwinding. The view is magnificent and the pool was perfect! We spent a serene weekend in **Casa al Poggio**, a corner of peace immersed in the greenery of a forest, where the quiet is absolute and restorative. The apartment, spacious and comfortably furnished, immediately made us feel comfortable, offering every necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The kitchen area is well stocked with appliances and allows those who want to prepare meals in total comfort. The location of the house, a few kilometers from Florence, has turned out to be strategic: a perfect base for exploring the city and its surroundings without sacrificing the relaxation of nature. The apartment is very large and well organized. Finding it was quite simple and the directions provided by Tatiana were clear and useful for quickly checking in. The host has always been prompt in responding. The thing I would improve is the coffee machine: Tatiana kindly provided us with pods, but the pod compartment was for two, so it came out watery. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

This was my second time staying at Silvia's place during an extended business trip. It has all of the amenities for a longer stay and it is easy to walk to many kilometers of hiking trails nearby to relax after a long day of work. There is a grocery store walkable nearby and the kitchen has all of the amenities to cook a real meal.

This is my second time staying at Silvia's and I had a great time. Cozy and very clean home with all the essentials. Convenient location both for Florence with the tramway and for the neighborhood shops. Silvia is kind, helpful and never intrusive. Recommended apartment!

We had a great stay at Hafid and Naima’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—including a washer, which was a huge plus. It’s located very close to a tram stop that takes you straight into the city center, making it super convenient. They were also kind enough to let us check in early. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was particularly cheap for accommodation in Florence. It was a room for one person, but when I asked Andrea if the two of us could stay, she gladly agreed. The location is very close to the station, and I was able to put down my heavy luggage right away.◯ It is also not so far from major tourist attractions such as Domo. The room is small, but it is no different from a 1k single room in Japan.In fact, it was quite comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients at the market, cook and eat!That was the most satisfying part!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Su's apartment for a weekend, taking advantage of the June 2nd long weekend, and we had a great time! She was really helpful, providing us with information on any of our doubts with timely answers, as well as giving us valuable suggestions. The apartment is delightful, small but perfect for two people, with everything you need; in our case, the lack of a kitchen area did not create any problems. The area is quiet and during the day it is very convenient to take the train to the center as the station is a few minutes' walk away; in the evening/night we never took the train so I don't know what the area looks like, but it could be an aspect to consider. Alternatively, there are taxis and the fares are around 15-20 €. In summary, I would recommend Su's accommodation to anyone and I really think that if we were to return to Florence, our choice would still fall on it.

We used the accommodation for one night for the Florence Rocks. It is nice and comfortable and close to the arena, so much so that we walked back and forth in about 20 minutes. It's easy to find thanks to the directions provided. The host welcomed us by helping us park in the private garage and accompanied us to the apartment where he informed us of the characteristics of the apartment and the area, informing us on how to get to the arena easily and safely by crossing the Cascine park. He solved a setback created by us in an excellent way. The stay, although short, was positive and we left the next day rested and happy to have met Giammaich. We hope to be back soon.

We liked the place - it is a few minutes away from the centre with the T2 tram, Also a 10-15 minutes walk from Vinsarno Arena, where the Firenze rocks festival is located. The Apartament is air conditioned, very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet, with a great cafe and patisserie a few minutes from the Apartament.

Great stay, everything is in walking distance 5 minutes to busses and trains. Apartment was beautiful loved sitting outside in the courtyard. Eugenia was super helpful and friendly, definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.
