A beautiful spot in a great location of Florence. Everything is in walking distance, from the train station to the Academia to the Uffizi, this is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of four and we arrived to find the pull out couch nicely made into a bed for our children. The place was spotless as well! The host is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

Really loved our stay here. The rooftop was amazing and it wasn't noisy at all, even with a concert going on a few blocks away. Amazing ambiance and views.

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We had such a lovely stay at Lola’s place. The garden was lovely to relax in during the evenings and the location was perfect - walkable to the main attractions in Florence but quieter and less hectic than being right in the centre which was perfect for us! Lola was so friendly and helpful - she gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and helped us with queries during our stay. She also gave us lots of cute thoughtful gifts for our baby!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in occasione del Firenze Rocks. L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulito e c'è l'occorrente per cucinare. Federico e Martina sono stati gentilissimi a fornirci tutte le indicazioni e velocissimi nelle risposte. Consigliato perché è appena fuori dalla città e a due passi dalla fermata del tram.

Nice spacious apartment for 3 adults and 2 young kids (4 yrs and 10 months). There was a crib and high chair that was set up and ready for us upon check-in. Clean and easily walkable to popular Florence attractions. Located up one flight of stairs but easy to go up and down, even with a stroller. Would recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Terersa's lovely Florentine apartment! The space was generous, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Location was also very convenient, merely 3 tram stops from Santa Maria Novella station which made it easy for exploring! Teresa was also extremely helpful and friendly~ She welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the apartment! Thank you very much Teresa we had a wonderful time 🥰

A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️

Perfect Tuscan getaway. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and were blown away by the accommodations. The apartment was extremely spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The pool onsite was spectacular. Wine tasting and lunch onsite as well. We were even given a delicious bottle of Chianti Classico (~$45 value) upon arrival. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb in Florence! The space was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The AC was much appreciated as the weather was very hot. The terrace had great views and was comfortable. Marco went above and beyond with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The location was very walkable to the city center and the attractions The bakery up the street and on the right was fantastic! Definitely recommend this Airbnb!
