The apartment fort is the place, location and view. The price could be a bit lower. But we understand the proposal because it is a historic building and an apartment also with historical value. Some parts were under construction but did not make hosting unfeasible. The host is totally available to ask questions, help vom weak problems and very friendly. Be prepared to open the front porch door and be moved by the lake view. Good for large families and beautiful walks in the surroundings, with pharmacy services, pizzeria and barbecue very close by, being possible to access on foot. Being at the entrance to Petrópolis, Quitandinha is very close to the historic center by car. We will come back for sure! I would recommend it.

The place is really excellent and confortable. Great beds,nice,new and tidy sheets and towels. Viviane was extramely helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a cloth for the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb. Hope to visit Quitandinha again soon

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Petrópolis! I had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s apartment in Petrópolis! The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. You can tell it’s a place where the owners live, as every detail is thoughtfully curated and adds to the charm. Alexandre is an exceptional host—always attentive and quick to respond to any needs or questions. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I had an excellent experience, great location and the apartment was impeccable. I had full support from the moment I booked the accommodation. I recommend it and I will be back for sure.

The house is in a condominium where we have to go through a doorman/gate to enter. The location is excellent and in a very tranquil place. The host provided bedding for the cold and we also got firewood for the fireplace from the caretaker. We were in a group of 6 people and the accommodation served us very well for what we needed. Perhaps the only point we could have talked about better is the bath towels, but we managed to fix it.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen is very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. We can only thank you 🙏

The house is great, 3 large bedrooms with a double bed, closets, being 2 suites. Integrated living room and kitchen, all with extreme good taste and care in the details. Equipped kitchen, everything works perfectly. The condominium is beautiful, with lakes, waterfall, swimming pools, football field. Safe and very quiet, a lot of peace and silence. Katia welcomed us with joy and was always very kind, helpful, flexible at check in and attentive. We love and will surely return!

We gave you all the instructions and made everything as easy as possible, as well as being super polite, kind and extremely easy to communicate. The house is a dream, much better than the photos of the listing! All clean, tidy and in very good taste. The bathroom is spacious which makes mobility easier. Great Internet for working and watching movies and series. The backyard with the barbecue, wood stove, showers, fruit trees, plants and flowers is beautiful! Walled td house perfect for child safety and pet! The brook in the background and calm and clean! It was days of peace and a lot of joy, we and our pet love every second! I highly recommend it!

The place is fantastic and delivers a little of the history of Brazil. Walking around Quitandinha is a beautiful entertainment in itself. Impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed, cleanliness, comfort. Still overlooking the famous lake. The experience was 100% positive!

It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!
