Holiday rentals with lake access in Serrana

The house is in a condominium where we have to go through a doorman/gate to enter. The location is excellent and in a very tranquil place. The host provided bedding for the cold and we also got firewood for the fireplace from the caretaker. We were in a group of 6 people and the accommodation served us very well for what we needed. Perhaps the only point we could have talked about better is the bath towels, but we managed to fix it.

The house is simply wonderful, which met my group well and exceeded all expectations! Total highlight for the living room and pool area. Alessandro was great, answered all questions and questions quickly and very flexible! I would like to thank Silvia who welcomed us well and was there to assist in the check out as well. We were 6 guests and the house accommodated us with great comfort. It is a little isolated and close to the forest, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

Everything was great… Apartment very well located, clean and organized… Adriano has been requested all the time, we like it very much and we will come back for sure !

The place is wonderful: cozy, clean, quiet, surrounded by green. Great for relaxing and also for work -o wi fi worked super well. Katia gave us the clear instructions on how to get there and indicated both a local restaurant, which has hot pizzas, as a wonderful massage therapist. We'll be back for sure!

Amazing! We arrived and felt at home! Flávio leaves the main useful things (and that we always forget to buy) available there! Drinks and even frozen pizza. Great idea! Apart from the countless treats around the apartment. I highly recommend it!

The place is beautiful for those looking for contact with nature and tranquility. The access road is not good, but after you arrive, it is worth it. The house is the perfect place to rest with family and friends. All rustic, simple, but complete. We were received by Mr. Júlio, who was very attentive in showing us everything. I can confirm most of the other comments from previous guests!

My days at Heloísa's house were great! I went with my elderly parents, 2 children and a small dog. Cleaning was perfect! Everything works very well! The house is very comfortable and as described in the listing. The hot shower with strong water. Comfortable beds. Good Internet. The pool is shared as in the listing. The guests of the other tb house were very friendly! The only drawback is the road that has steep points and is not paved. On rainy day must be virtually impossible to pass. Heloísa reported that they are already trying to asphalt. Lucia, the homemade, is attentive and proactive. My children loved the football field, the pool table and the totem table. There is a great barbecue, oven for making wood-fired pizza and Clean Networks. Thank you, Heloísa!

The house is excellent! Very good for bringing the elderly, because it is all flat. Very complete cups, crockery and kitchen! Bed linen and bath linen super suitable tb! The helpers of the house are extremely diligent and attentive, always offering a solution for my or my guests' request. The refrigerator is a little small, maybe it's challenging for a longer period. The cleanliness of the house was the point that impressed me the most. I intend to return with other groups! I found the cottage to call mine!

Our weekend was excellent! The place comfortably accommodated our group of 20 adults and 2 small children. The place is beautiful, with several leisure options. We didn't even have time to enjoy everything :) The staff were extremely polite and helpful and helped with absolutely ALL of our requests. Really a place that everyone loved and has already said they want to come back to!!! 10/10!

the house is very cozy, all organized and functional, we had no trouble preparing our meals and the climate is pleasant day and night. Mr Raimundo is very helpful and polite, we talked briefly and even saved us by giving us sugar when ours was over. We saw an incredible variety of birds, birds of prey, anus and even toucans! In the evening, the clear skies exhibited stars brighter than anywhere in the city, we were lucky and we even saw fireflies. Danyella always answered us very quickly, our pets were very comfortable and even made friends with a very playful and friendly dog of the place. I highly recommend it!

Roberta hosting was an amazing experience from start to finish. She showed herself extremely attentive to all the details, from the instructions and the arrangement of the house to the check-in, which was facilitated by the homemaker Zé, a lovely and super attentive person. The house was prepared to welcome our family, with a banner of congratulations, balloons and balloons, which made our stay even more special. We celebrated important moments and we could not have chosen a better place. The Rancho was impeccably clean and organized, serving as a true refuge in nature, with great comfort. In the kitchen, in the barbecue area and campfire, we did not lack anything. The children had fun fishing, swimming in the pool, swinging and exploring the region with our little dog. We also had unexpected and wonderful visits from toucans, who delighted us. We became in love with the place and will definitely be back!

The house is wonderful! fully equipped and any questions I had Monica promptly answered, as well as the staff at the condominium entrance. A good tip is to always use Google maps to be more exact!

Alexandre's farm is a rural charming gem enveloped in beautiful nature. End of April there were various ripe avocado trees, tangerine & chayote plantations, eggplant & pepper fields, drinkable water spring, chickens & eggs. I fished in the lakes & caught a few tilapias. Hiking & cycling on the farm is wonderful. Ask host for the map & explore everything: viewpoint with gorgeous mountain & sunset view (+4g); small waterfall in the forest and 5 lakes. Sometimes it gets foggy before sunrise & everything turns mystical. Rent great MT bicycle directly from the host! I explored the area on bike - hilly & beautiful. The house is cozy: huge kitchen with everything; firm & comfy mattress; hot shower; fast internet. Closest store~3 km away; supermarkets in Saõ Jose & Teresopolis. Alexandre is one of the kindest hosts. He was there to help with anything. He is the first host ever that went shopping groceries with me to recommend best things, and I’ve lived in 150+ Airbnbs. Thank you!
