Amazing! We arrived and felt at home! Flávio leaves the main useful things (and that we always forget to buy) available there! Drinks and even frozen pizza. Great idea! Apart from the countless treats around the apartment. I highly recommend it!

Modern, renovated and clean apartment, with well-kept bed and bath linen. A comfortable double bed as well as a pleasant atmosphere. I just missed a thicker blanket/duvet, as the night is cold and damp in the city. In the kitchen, a sandwich maker would be more useful than the toaster. The sofa bed is very hard — it may please those who like orthopaedic mattress, but it was not comfortable for my mother. The condominium is traditional, but mistreated, with common areas and leisure without maintenance. By contrast, the location is excellent: you can walk to Feirinha do Alto, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets Armazém do Grão and Oliveirão (both serve breakfast and snacks). Espaço Cultural Higino, within the condominium, is also a differential – one can take advantage of the events of the city without leaving the place. Overall it was a good stay and good value for money.

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

I spent 1 quiet night. It is a kitnet adapted for the basic functions. Backgrounds, no noise and privacy. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is good and the towel is dry on the electric heater. I didn't cook, but you can prepare quick meals. The entrance to the building is a commercial gallery. Doorsmen are friendly. The host was agile in contact with me. The negative point was a cat smell that seemed to be coming from the neighbor.

Daniela's house is delightful! From the moment I arrived, I felt sad about having to leave so quickly (I stayed 3 days). The space is wonderful, the plants well cared for, beautiful and large pool, huge barbecue. There is a fire in the outdoor space, with chairs. Wonderful for chatting and having a glass of wine (and we did❤️) The interior of the house is delightful. Family home style, every corner is cozy. Large TV with streaming. My pet was so happy, it ran through the grass. Daniela is a love! It conveys affection and care through the messages and in every detail of the house. We were greeted with a mimo. I'll come back whenever I can ! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We came back recharged!

The cottage is very functional, with charming and cozy decor that makes us feel at home. The location is also great, ideal for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature, without giving up comfort. Anderson deserves a special mention. He was attentive, kind and always available to help with any questions or needs. Your hospitality made all the difference and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was an excellent stay and we definitely intend to return.

Lea took very good care of us. The house is very cozy. The sheets have a fresh, clean smell. All the facilities are very well thought out and welcoming. The hammock helps us rest and the garden helps us disconnect.

This was my third time in this house and, honestly, I already feel at home! Whenever I can, I come back — and there's always some new improvement: this time I found a beverage fridge in the gourmet area and a filter in the kitchen, which I didn't have before. The house is new, clean, well taken care of, and you can see the affection with which hosts keep everything in order. Each corner has its charm. It is the perfect place to rest, have fun with family or friends and recharge. Overall, I have absolutely nothing to complain about! I've recommended it to more than 10 people 😅

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.
