The space is well distributed, with hot and cold air conditioning working perfectly, all taps with gas-heated water and good kitchen utensils. The building offers a game room with ping-pong, foosball and pool, as well as a sauna and whirlpool. Regarding the whirlpool, it is worth checking in advance the days on which the cleaning is done, as it occurs on specific days of the week and, depending on the time, it may not be in the best conditions for use. In addition, it is not heated.

Impeccable stay. I felt at home, very clean environment! Fully equipped, impeccable laundry, everything above expectations! The common space of the palace was also incredible, many beautiful spaces!! I fell in love and I will definitely come back.

Modern, renovated and clean apartment, with well-kept bed and bath linen. A comfortable double bed as well as a pleasant atmosphere. I just missed a thicker blanket/duvet, as the night is cold and damp in the city. In the kitchen, a sandwich maker would be more useful than the toaster. The sofa bed is very hard — it may please those who like orthopaedic mattress, but it was not comfortable for my mother. The condominium is traditional, but mistreated, with common areas and leisure without maintenance. By contrast, the location is excellent: you can walk to Feirinha do Alto, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets Armazém do Grão and Oliveirão (both serve breakfast and snacks). Espaço Cultural Higino, within the condominium, is also a differential – one can take advantage of the events of the city without leaving the place. Overall it was a good stay and good value for money.

The Marcel apt is simply beautiful and well decorated…everything inside is very good taste and quality! Amei! Communication with him flowed well too!! It is a little distant from the center of Teresópolis but for those who are looking for a quieter place as was my case I recommend yes!!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!
