Holiday rentals with a patio in Serrana

Great apartment, located in a very good condominium, with security and a beautiful leisure area, including a lake. Very well furnished apartment with all the necessary appliances. recommendadissimo.

Carlos was always very attentive and was flexible with our arrival, which we had to delay a little and everything went well. It is on the first floor and does not have a lift. We have to consider that the 1-bed room is very tight, which one of the guests who would stay there could not feel well. And one of the toilets is also small, the kind that gets everything wet when you take a shower. Nothing to discredit, because otherwise everything was great. The intention would be to share with more guests from the same event, but when it goes over 4 guests, the value per person per day was very high, which made it unfeasible. The place is quiet and we slept very well and felt safe with a 24-hour doorman. Gratitude to the couple for everything!

The Marcel apt is simply beautiful and well decorated…everything inside is very good taste and quality! Amei! Communication with him flowed well too!! It is a little distant from the center of Teresópolis but for those who are looking for a quieter place as was my case I recommend yes!!

Rubens' flat is super well decorated, exactly as in the photos, and the fact that the owner is involved in the management of the space makes a lot of difference. It is noted the concern to make available everything the guest may need. In addition, the space is very well used. We felt at home! We intend to come back again times!

Excellent apartment, all in perfect condition, clean and as described, in a very tasty condominium in the middle of nature. I recommend to everyone, with the only exception that the kitchen is very small, 2 people already bump into it and since it does not have an oven and only has a cooktop of 2 mouths, it can be a limiting if the guest intends to cook frequently or for many people during the stay.

D. Solange is a lovely person. Made a point of going to meet us and present the space. And went to get to know me (because I arrived at different times than other guests) as well. A wonderful person, good to talk and extremely friendly. I make a point of staying there more often. Muuuuuito thank you for everything!

I and my family (including the 2 pets) spent very pleasant days in the little house. The Thiago host is always available from the first contact until the day we left. The little house is simple but comfortable and the listing is very well described. The outdoor space is excellent, providing a great contact with nature. The Strawberry do Vale experience is a must. The kitchen is enough for those days you don't want to leave, but there are also many delivery options. The utensils, crockery and bedding were clean and in perfect conditions of use. If you want a quiet place without losing certain amenities, this is the place. We will definitely go back there again.

What a cozy house and incredible view! We loved every day we spent there and our little Dante loved every little space in the house, which is so wonderful in the eyes of adults as well as children. But the contact with nature was what prevailed, a house full of flowers and visits from birds all day, as well as a beautiful orchard that attracts the most varied songs throughout the day. I recommend it with my eyes closed, an extremely comfortable, clean, cozy house, even more beautiful than in the photos. ❤️

Sítio Tatu is an enchanted place! Upon arriving at the house, we were very well received by Paulo, the homemaker, who presented the place to us with extreme kindness. Everyone in the city is very welcoming and friendly. The house is a charm, not to mention the terrain that is a wonder of nature. You can feel the history of this family in every corner. Looking forward to returning to this special place:) Note: If you go without a car I recommend calling a taxi on the bus station and follow the location indicated by the hosts. On the way back we marked with the same driver for no concern, as the place does not get a signal right.

The condominium is very nice Tranquilo, in the middle of nature. The house is very nice and well decorated, the garden well cared for, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The river with the natural pool and showers is one of the high points and catches the sun most of the day. Nossa Golden freaked out. A suggestion would be to have a sauna too, it would give an even more special touch to the experience. And there is a small cave that would be the ideal location. The descending staircase is steep but there is an easier alternative street. We were with an elderly couple and despite the initial concern it was not a problem. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants and the Serra dos Órgãos Park, with trails and waterfalls. Cássia e Ricardo, who take care of the space, and Tiago, who administers, were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend and would return.

An excellent house with many attractions. Fred, the host, was very kind. He introduced us to the house and made us feel very comfortable. The house is better in person. The decor, the spaces, the cleanliness, a very comfortable room with a huge smart TV, WiFi internet, pool, grass soccer field, fireplace, barbecue, wood oven and all the necessary equipment. Fred even gave us some "treats" that we loved. A spectacular weekend!

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! This is our second time staying at the property. Renata, the hostess, is extremely kind and willing to help. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.
