Priscila the hostess attended to us quickly, her mother Dona Rosa was friendly, cozy apartment. Very well located, facing the restaurants we like the most, Cantina San Marco and Casa da Esfiha. Clean bed and bath linens.

Great location, right in the center. I recommend the place, for those who really want to stay in the center, it is next to the central square where the shows take place. If you are not comfortable with the sound, I recommend looking for another place, as you can hear all the sound of the show if you prefer to go to bed early. On cold days, I recommend taking blankets. The house is super cozy, clean and organized.

Amazing stay, extremely clean apartment, cozy with everything you need for a stay. Shopping center very close to the building, no need to leave with the car, restaurants, hamburger joints, canteens, bakery, all very close. We love the stay and the structure given to us. Our stay in Serra Negra was very fruitful. Roseli's apartment is very well located due to its proximity to the downtown, restaurants, bars, etc. We only use the car for longer trips. The apartment has all the necessary structure, in addition to impeccable cleanliness and organization. Roseli was very helpful and proactive when requested and this also made all the difference.

the place is beautiful and very clean, very well maintained. The refrigerator is very strong, the TV has a FireTV, a view of the pool, and on the horizon you can see the top of the mountain and Cristo Redentor. Kind and polite host, very nice people! The condominium is well organized and safe. Covered parking space in the garage and gate control. Very positive point for the silence and peace in the place, waking up with the view of the sunrise is wonderful!

Isadora was a great host, responded quickly, was super flexible at check in, kept us up to date on hotel events. The location is in front of a very quiet square, with capybaras and also great for walking. the room was clean, organized and of the ideal size. The chambermaid who helped us during our always very friendly stay. I thank Isadora for the reception.

I really liked the space , the room was cozy and clean and the location very good The only problem is that the pool that should be heated as well as jacuzzi and ofurô the water was not hot and at no time was it informing the staff that it was having trouble in this pool

Excellent accommodation, good location, easy access, apartment 708 has a very good L-shaped balcony, with a beautiful free view of the hill and city, good cleaning and tidiness, huge TV and 2 air conditioners, in short, it is very worth it! However, it is good to pay attention to the indoor pool because it is not working, it is under general renovation and I was warned 3 days before I stayed, it is worth calling the flat before, and although they warn that the outdoor pool is heated, it is not warm, always cold even with the heater. I missed a water filter in the apartment, there isn't one. Even so, I will return when they reactivate the indoor pool.
