Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Serra Negra

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

Second time my family and I have stayed at Vivenda da Dona Odília and we will definitely return.... I already feel at home...the house is beautiful, always clean and the host is always friendly and giving us all the necessary information.... the location is about 10 minutes from the center and other places to visit.....my daughter is disabled so I chose this house because it has a calm environment and a playground for her to play.... once again Fabio, thank you for the affection and attention and until the end of the year we will definitely be back in this paradise.❤️❤️❤️😍😍

I was there on the Corpus Christi holiday, the apartment exactly like the ad, equipped with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linen. Excellent location, in the center of Serra Negra, close to several bars, restaurants and shops. Very easy check-in, with the building's caretaker, who was very friendly.

Great location, right in the center. I recommend the place, for those who really want to stay in the center, it is next to the central square where the shows take place. If you are not comfortable with the sound, I recommend looking for another place, as you can hear all the sound of the show if you prefer to go to bed early. On cold days, I recommend taking blankets. The house is super cozy, clean and organized.

The apartment is wonderful, much more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Everything was clean and new, with all the amenities we needed. Well located, close to everything. We did everything on foot, including my mother, who is elderly. Mr. Carlos is very polite and kind. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely repeat it!

It was the third consecutive year that we stayed and it is certainly the best option in Serra Negra! It is a few minutes' walk from the best restaurants and shops, we don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. Extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped! Maricy is very nice and caring to us, and super welcoming too! We have a little daughter and she always prepares everything very carefully, even the plug protectors she put in. Speechless, everything impeccable as always. We felt at home.

We were in Bruna's apartment from 06/13 to 06/15 and we were very well received by Mr. Artur, Bruna's father, gave us all the tips about the place. Bruna is always very attentive and always responds very quickly to all messages that are sent. As for the apartment, it is simple but very clean and well arranged and complete with bed and bath linens, and it is in a calm and quiet place. I recommend hosting. Very good cost benefit.

Even though it is located in the center, the place is quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street. For those who want to go shopping and stroll around the city, you can leave your car parked and do everything on foot. We left the car on the street and had no problem. Although there are some parking lots nearby. We loved the stay!!!
