Spacious, clean house with items in great condition. It has all the kitchen items we need.

We only stayed 1 day, we'll be back more often. Everything was perfect

The accommodation is amazing, just perfect! Once we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the listing, much larger than it appeared in the listing. The house is clean with no bad smell or closed house, on the contrary it was very smelly. The 100% equipped kitchen, we do not need to take anything and we do not miss anything, we use baking sheets, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in general. The atmosphere is completely safe. 4 cars peacefully inside the house, but at various times we left the cars out to enjoy the space better with the children and we were not afraid to leave the cars out, a very quiet place. There's a lake facing the house where we could fish and didn't smell bad. Pedro was very attentive at various times, helped us and returned the messages very quickly and at the time of departure, we had a problem with one of the cars and he provided support to us. Super recommend the location, especially if they go with children!

Amazing week in an equally amazing location, everything very organized and clean. Our pets were also able to be at ease, as the space is all fenced in. And the hosts Luiza and Marcelo welcomed us very warmly and were always ready to answer our possible questions. I recommend it!!!

The accommodation is extremely comfortable, clean and complete, with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. The view of the gourmet area is beautiful! The host, Creuza, is very solicitous, kind, proactive, grade 1000! Anticipated our check-in and postponed the check-out, offered us extra blankets, made available liquid hand soap, dishcloth, detergent, kitchen bush. The accommodation is very close to the city center and the surroundings are quiet. We leave the car parked in front of the accommodation safely and peacefully. We love and we will definitely be back!

Amazing house, beautiful view where you could see the sunrise and sunset. The place accommodated 4 people comfortably, kitchen area and barbecue all equipped, beautiful pool. I recommend and intend to return soon

We love Paloma's accommodation!! Pleasant family environment, we celebrated my family aniv and get to know Águas de Lindoia and Serra Negra, the location of the house right in the middle of the two cities facilitated our itinerary. All as described in the photos and even better... It has a market in front that can serve with its products and we receive complimentary fresh breads. All very clean and organized with the items that we normally need to cook. Loved the place!!! Really worth it!!!No Regrets ❤️ Only thank you for the wonderful days we spent 🙏🙌

The Hostess is very polite and helpful, the house is very well located and extremely clean! Huge house, comfortable beds and despite not having a garage, we had no difficulty parking!

The house is excellent , all very clean, organized, careful, airy and spacious. A spectacular view, plus the all-city view, mountains and the Christ Redeemer is magnificent. We love the house, very well organized and clean, very attentive and kind people, for sure when we return to the city, we will look to rent this house again.

The house is exactly like in the photos, the backyard area overlooks the Alto da Serra Mirante, with a beautiful view of the sunrise. All very clean, organized, the house is cool and even in the heat of 30 degrees it was very cool, with heat spikes in the afternoon, but the fan super resolved. The hostess lives on the same land, on top of the rented house, and this made it very easy to check in , check out, and when we needed to talk to her or her husband. The night to sleep is wonderful, a good silence with sounds of crickets in the background. And in the morning the street is super calm, as it is a dead end street. We will return for sure, because the city of Serra Negra and surroundings is amazing with many activities to do. Once again the city left nothing to be desired

We spent an excellent family weekend. The house offers great spacious and comfortable environments, exactly as in the photos. Everything is very clean and organized. We simply LOVE!!!!

Our stay was PERFECT. Elaine and Dimas welcomed us with great sympathy. Leave us at ease and always available with any questions. As soon as we arrived we already noticed the impeccable cleaning of the house. Everything works perfectly. Miscellaneous utensils and electros for our need. Big barbecue, doesn't smoke inside the house. We do not use it, but there is a charming cooktop and oven for wooded pizza. The access is very easy, on the asphalt road and in the midst of nature. The spectacular view is ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family. The swimming pool is a differential. Maravilhosa!!! Large, clean, sunflows from an early age, which keeps it at a very pleasant temperature. By the location, in the midst of nature, the fans were sufficient with the heat. The evening refreshes well. We spent wonderful days of Carnival. Thanks Elaine and Dimas for all hospitality. We will definitely return.

The chalet is a cute, very large bathroom, well-equipped mini kitchen, easy access to the center but in a very quiet neighborhood.

Communication with Tainá was always very quick, she helped us with everything we needed. The place is spacious, cozy. The description already states that you need to bring your own bed/bath linens. We took everything and it was fine. The garage is for one car only, but we left another on the street every day and had no problems or concerns.
