We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Probably the best airbnb I ever booked - it was perfect end to end 1) the property is stunning, even the great pictures from the listing don’t do it justice 2) super friendly hosts, very helpful from the beginning, providing local recommendations 3) very well equipped: all kitchen / swimming pool ustensiles were available. The host also let coffee, olive oil, pepper, salt and all necessary condiments at our disposal ! 4) the area around the property is also very beautiful and quiet. With great walks starting a few meters away from the property

Really warm welcome , clear instructions, very pleasant villa . Communication was excellent . Late check out also arranged for small fee . Would definitely book again .

Our stay at the place was wonderful. Kerstin is a warm host who lovingly takes care of her guests and likes to pass on her tips for food, beaches and activities. But she also always gave us the necessary space. The two cats who live on the property were very sweet and trusting and immediately won our hearts. The kitchen, living room and outdoor area with large pool are shared with a maximum of 4 other guests. However, the villa is so large that there is always a way to retreat outside your own room. Villa la Paz is located just outside Dénia - we enjoyed the tranquility and the good air very much, it was like in paradise. The surrounding area is also beautiful and invites you to many water activities, walks through the towns and excursions into nature. We would always recommend the place and especially recommend the massage that we were able to book.

We agree with the positive reviews posted by the other guests. Communication during booking was very good and check in with Jan went smoothly. The villa is large, comfortable and clean and beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

It has undoubtedly been the best house we have stayed in since we have been making this trip with friends. Without a doubt, we will repeat every year that David lets us XD. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.

this villa is exceptional. a good 15 mins walk uphill to the tram service leading to alicante city or benidorm. the villa caters for everyone and the communication between Hans and ourselves was first class service. I would highly recommend this villa and will be returning.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and quick and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Absolute paradise!! I cannot explain how beautiful this place is! If you want to get away from it all but not be too far from everything, El Mirador is the perfect location. The views are magnificent, the property itself is outstanding (it has everything you need including fast wifi to work) and the hosts are the absolute sweetest. 11/10 would recommend!

The house is amazing, as described and shown in the photos. In a very quiet and easily accessible area. Everything is taken care of in detail to make the stay perfect. Ana and Germán are very kind and flexible, adapting to guests. We will definitely repeat. We have spent a few magical days that we will never forget. Thank you very much for everything!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa. Nothing is missing! the decoration is very tasteful. A heavenly place, with a magnificent view of the sea, its location on the mountainside allowed us to go on beautiful hikes. The pool was a real treat with this heat! I highly recommend it. A perfect stay.

The villa is very nice and practical. Direct access from the living room and master bedroom to the terrace and pool. From the pool, a beautiful view of the fields and the greenery and a beautiful long and wide sea view. The villa is barely visible and very private. If you want peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. A car is a must here to be able to make discoveries and get food. Morgane was always available and very accommodating. There was only one problem when there was no water in the villa. However, she reacted immediately and informed us shortly afterwards that the city had to turn off the water for a short time due to construction work. The checkout also worked at night via the keybox. We definitely recommend it. We would love to come back and would also like to test more villas from Morgane.

We thank Jessica as a family. We didn't miss anything and we had a wonderful holiday in the accommodation. Everything went well and we were completely satisfied. The cottage was clean and tidy and we were immediately helped with questions. Jessica's recommendations have greatly enriched our holiday. Especially the area/view was very nice and also safe (cameras that you could also switch off). Overall a beautiful place to disconnect from normal life and retreat:) Thank you!!

Perfect week-long stay. Very nice house with a beautiful pool, a beautiful garden and the major asset is a magnificent panoramic view. Comfortable beds and fully equipped house. Sandy beach within a 15-minute drive. Car required (Dénia, Xàbia & Gandia about 30 minutes away). High cleaning fee (€195 for a week) compared to our other AirBnB rentals (on average €40). Thanks to Marita for the remote exchange and Véronique for hosting us.

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.
