Monthly Rentals in Seongsan-myeon

The peaceful scenery surrounded by nature was the best. The surrounding complex promenade is as peaceful as a European mountain village, so you can rest full of healing. The interior facilities were neat and pretty. I had a good time!!

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

I don't think there's a place like this when you want to rest tired of the city's complicated noise, such as the sound of cars, people talking, and traffic lights.

The place was great! Unit was very comfortable and our host was very responsive. I also appreciated how clean it was. Will definitely consider this place first when visiting Gangneung :)
