Monthly Rentals in Seongnam-dong

The accommodation was so colorful and the furniture was so pretty, and the bedding was so comfortable that I rested so well. The location was so good! I want to visit again on my next trip to Gangneung!

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

The place was great! Unit was very comfortable and our host was very responsive. I also appreciated how clean it was. Will definitely consider this place first when visiting Gangneung :)

The room is very tidy and clean, it is very close to the central market, it is also very convenient to take a bus, the host is very friendly, I can respond to any questions in a timely manner, and I will choose to stay in Gangneung again next time.
