Monthly Rentals in Sentinel Peak

If you need an extended stay, this is the place to be. Perfect for a travel nurse, contract workers, or winter visitors this home has all the basic amenities covered from fast WiFi to a grill. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the mountains from the back yard. It is walking distance to some local restaurants and coffee shops and a short drive from downtown bars and night scene. Furnishings are modest yet reasonable for an AirBnB. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed in this sweet casita for 4 nights over UA graduation weekend. We loved that it was near great walks, Sentinal Peak, Tumamoc and Mission Gardens, as well as food and drink within walking distance at the Mercado San Augustin and MSA Annex. Sunlink stops are also close which made getting to and from campus and downtown super easy. The house was neat as a pin and had all of the amenities one would expect. The beds were all comfortable and there were extra blankets available for those who were chilly. We were a group of 5 and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well outfitted, we felt at home here. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses.

Adi’s studio was such a cozy and comfortable place to stay! It had everything I needed—good furnishings, a handy little kitchenette, and a clean bathroom with a nice deep bathtub. The neighborhood felt safe and had many charming, classic Tucson-style houses. Plus, it was really walkable—close to the university, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around easy. Adi was great with communication—he sent a detailed message with photos to help with check-in, and when I had questions, he responded quickly. I didn’t end up using them, but there were laundry machines, parking permits, and bikes available too, which was a nice bonus. All in all, a great spot! I’d definitely stay here again.

We love love LOVED this Airbnb! It was so cute and well put together. The adobe house style was a really neat experience and the bed was so comfortable! We can’t wait to come back and visit!
