Went for daughters 2nd birthday had a great time and fiona was more than helpful

First time visiting Lakeview Holiday park and it was every bit as charming as we expected it to be. Our host was super friendly and helpful. The home was kitted out with every comfort away from home including some slippers and robes which were a lovely touch. The kids loved the pool and sweet duck families waddling around the park homes. A shame about the weather while we were there but plenty of other activities to fill your time with. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent few days in a spacious house full of character. The space is great for groups with lots of activities and plenty of eating and chilling out areas. We loved the location being close to the coast and with plenty of amenities on hand. The pool was great and so helpful to have lots of beach towels provided. Thanks again!

Easy to find ,about a 25 minute car journey from ferry terminal to the site. Very quiet and peaceful, not a lot to do on the site but this is what we want. Does have a club house and a restaurant and swimming pool. Plenty to do out and about Amazon Zoo 25 minute away, Sandown & Shanklin just down the road Will be back again to explore the rest of the Isle of Wight Found Crystal very helpful when needed.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend or return. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

Wonderful location, super friendly hosts. Easy to get in, lots of ameneties nearby. Was clean, and beautifully decorated. The fire on the Saturday night whilst having dinner was a real treat. 4 humans and one little dog loved it and will definitely be going back!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). Great stay at Lock Keepers Cottage. Everything as described; nicely decorated and well equipped. Host was excellent. Perfect place for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location near the coast.

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

We had a fabulous stay. The bungalow was very spacious with a large lounge, kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms had everything that we needed. Right by the pebble beach and a walking distance to a co-op, fish and chip shop. Highly recommend.

Nice house with well equipped kitchen and lovely private back garden. Very close to the beach, and a short walk to the village where there are plenty of shops and places to eat.

We had a lovely stay at Mark’s beautiful seaside home as a family of 6, and a dog! It gave us all enough space, and being over three floors was a huge plus. A beautiful view each morning out to the English Channel, and some lovely walks along the beach! Would definitely recommend Mark’s place and look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful spacious, clean and well equipped cottage in a pretty village. The garden is delightful and there is an opportunity to use the outdoor furniture. The indoor space is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing there after busy days sightseeing in the area. Would definitely return.

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

It was an amazing stay, they were super friendly, and helpful. The cottage was clean and pretty. The surroundings are stunning. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone! Thank you.
