Waterfront holiday rentals in Selsey

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Seascape is a quiet, spacious and well decorated apartment next to the sea, and within walking distance of the Ryde passenger ferry, bus terminal and town centre. It's good base for exploring the Isle of Wight or just staying in Ryde and taking advantage of the local facilities. The interior is very comfortable and of a high standard. We were very pleased to find some provisions on our arrival, including a loaf of bread, butter, milk and eggs, as well as some ice creams in the freezer. My partner and I would strongly consider returning at a future date.

Great stay in a comfortable stylish apartment. The location was perfect as were travelling without a car and could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby

An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Great location close to the coastal path. Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Easy to access and the host was quick to respond.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

Lovely quirky studio flat. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything! It is free street parking, you may not find a space immediately outside the flat, but in short walking distance, you will be able to find a space. Love the seats with beautiful flowers and plants where you can sit outside at the front. Our dog loved the beach which is a stone throw from the studio flat!

lovely few days in Littlehampton, Kays place was ideal for us. Kay was very helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions whilst we were there. Apartment was clean, well equipped and had lovely comfortable beds. Would recommend and definitely stay again. thanks again

Thi communicated fantastically throughout the process. The home was very clean and within walking distance from Chichester station. The complimentary food and fresh flowers were a great touch.

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

Beautiful house in a perfect location (as long as you don’t mind a bit of noise from passing traffic and pub next door). The view of the sea is stunning and the house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Wish we could have stayed longer.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place this is it. Excellent acommodation. Roxanne was very helpful and she gave us all the instructions that we needed. For sure we will come back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). The apartment was absolutely amazing, very homely and the view and location to the beach is fantastic. It’s at the end of a private road so hardly any traffic, it was very quiet. The Beach restaurant is a 5 minute walk away and did lovely food, there’s a coffee shop and co-op the same distance away. East Wittering is a 10-15 walk and has a couple of restaurants and pubs with very friendly locals. I would highly recommend this apartment, we stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave !

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

The place is nice, just few steps away from the sea and bay view. It is great to walk around and have fresh air specially in the morning. There is a nice park and arcade area nearby for kids to have fun. The only difficulties we had was finding a space to park the car along the road side specially if you're late going back to the house. Amy is very attentive in ensuring you get the parking permit on the road side beforehand. Great place to explore Portsmouth and Southsea area.

The description of “harbour view / sea view” is a little misleading as the apartment isn’t high enough to offer that and instead looks over the bus/ train station and shopping centre . However , we’d worked that out from the pictures ! That said the location couldn’t be more central . It’s literally across the road to a fantastic shopping centre and the harbour . For the views of the yacht race we booked tickets for the spinnaker tower. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and I would recommend this accommodation and would love to stay there again.

Very friendly hosts and a great value stay. Very short walk to seafront, and was clean and tidy. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive and accommodating, especially with our check-in time, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with our energetic 2 year old. The location was perfect—right by the beach with beautiful sea views from the property. And of course, the hot tub was a highlight! Most importantly, our toddler had the best time, which made it even more special for us. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay in Bognor Regis!
