We had a wonderful stay at Choller Farm! The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved watching the cute cows come to say hello. The house was beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, and it had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing break. The hot tub was amazing, it such a lovely way to unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Jack was very helpful and always there in case we had any questions. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. The caravan was clean and homely . Had everything you need in the caravan and the added extra of bread , milk and shortbread was a nice extra touch. The kids loved the hot tub and the board games in the caravan. Jack contacted me on the morning of our stay with instructions on how to check in etc which was easy and caravan was easy to find with his instructions.

Jo’s place is fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, and fireplace were clean and new, and her instructions were very helpful to get everything running. The cabin was extremely clean, and had all the amenities you need for an amazing stay. Jo’s also an extremely friendly and responsive host, and cares about your privacy. Overall, we had an amazing experience, would definitely come back again.

the caravan was clean and everything we needed was provided e.g cups, plates, cooking utensils, washing up liquid and clothes. the bedrooms were a good size and fairly comfortable beds. the caravan was in a great location the facilities were brilliant and we found out they had entertainment every night which was brilliant if you didn't want to leave the park. the decking outside the caravan was perfect for evening dinner and just to relax whilst the sunsets. I would definitely come back and Steven was very quick to respond if I needed any help

I stayed for one night at this charming cottage by the pond and really enjoyed the peaceful, natural surroundings. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, with lovely views and the added charm of nearby farm animals. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent facilities provided. Thank you to the host for keeping the cottage so clean and well-equipped. It was a short but truly relaxing experience. highly recommended!

We highly recommend the Alpaca Lodge! The communication was excellent from the outset, with Laura being very accommodating to our requests. We appreciated the freedom to explore the land within the sensible guidelines provided. The cute welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The living space was great, but the jacuzzi was truly outstanding. Soaking in it with the fairy lights creating such a lovely atmosphere was a highlight of our trip. We'd happily stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Tony’s. The hot tub was hot and so easy to use. It was completely private and had a lovely outdoor sitting area and table to eat meals outside. Tony put in milk, croissants and jam and a bottle of Prosecco which was very thoughtful. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

What a gorgeous place! Sara you have made a really beautiful, quaint, peaceful retreat here. Beautifully decorated and well equipped riverside cabin. Easy to find, stunning surroundings and wildlife aplenty. The fact that there is no TV, no radio, no wifi and no phone reception is utter BLISS! If you want a digital detox, this is your place. We didn't see a single person for 2 whole days. Sara's instructions were friendly, easy to follow and she even left flowers and prosecco which is a lovely touch. Sara really has thought of everything with Pogle's cabin. Watching the fire as the sun sets, listening to the bird song and running water of the stream is a dream. So nice Sara is happy to have dogs stay here too, they absolutely loved their time here. The walks around the field and across the stream are so pretty and we often saw deer fleeting across. Thank you so much for a much needed weekend of R&R! So happy we have found this little slice of heaven, we will definitely be back.

Charlotte and Tony were so friendly and helpful and the Cabin was perfect for our needs. It was lovely and quiet but within easy walking distance of Seaview village. The Cabin was very well equipped and we really appreciated all the extra touches and treats ! Our two little dogs also had a great time ! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Eileen's place was exactly what we were looking for. A place to relax away from the every day. It's on the very huge Seal Bay Resort but Eileen's place was in a very peaceful quiet spot where all we heard was birds morning to evening. Short walk to the Viking pub on the resort that has great screens if you are into sport, has a large beer garden and is very dog friendly. Walkable to most of the entertainment on the resort. There is alot going on in the resort for couples and families if that is what you want. Equally if like us all you want to do is relax it is perfect. Great WiFi , good size TV, great patio, lovely towels and bedding and also a few arrival extras like milk coffee and biscuits which is always a relief on arrival. We love walking and walked to the coast East and West, there is an Asda very close by and a co-op, also a couple of very lovely pubs in Selsey that do great food two minute drive or a walk away if you enjoy walking. Perfect break , perfect place. Thank you

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! Words can’t even begin to describe how magical it is. The location is absolutely stunning, like something out of a postcard. And the wildlife is absolutely breathtaking, all nestled in a peaceful and tranquil setting. If you’re ever looking for a truly unforgettable experience, I highly recommend booking this place. The offerings are simply amazing, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive. They’ll make sure you have a time of your life. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Gorgeous views lovely location beautiful beaches .Great fishing 🎣 Peaceful. Everything you need for your stay local shops to hand and a good sized lidl for big shop if needed .Good places to eat out . We loved our stay so did both our dogs ..bit barky as people walking by on the beach thats only because they not used to that 😄 Would definitely come back .thank you pippa for your kindness lovely to meet you 😊❤️

Beautiful lodge right on the beach - the most perfect sunsets! Perfect view of the sea and across to the IOW. The lodge is perfectly arranged with top quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen. Decking area would be amazing in the warmer months. Sarah really helpful and responsive - thoughtful gift of cream tea and prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. Everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. The dog loved it too! Lovely finishing touches - we would stay again! Thank you :)))

Loved everything about our stay, gorgeous setting the photos don’t do the place justice. It was spotless and both Paul and Jacqueline were so friendly and helpful. The beach and area is lovely with lots of cafes and eateries. We had the perfect stay and didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend.

l recommend staying here if you visit the Isle of Wight Very clean and comfortable in a perfect setting. I even got to see a red squirrel 🐿️ it’s also very peaceful and a place to relax. Thank you

What a beautiful place! We had such a lovely stay. Perfect place for resting and relaxing, beautiful views from the cabin with fabulous sunsets, and so quiet - all we heard was birds singing and lambs bleating. The cabin is very comfortable. Great for the two of us plus our two dogs. Enclosed garden so no worry about dogs escaping and private space to sit outside. Good size bedroom with plenty of storage, very comfy bed and great shower. So many places to walk straight from the cabin, miles of public footpaths in every direction through beautiful countryside. Philip is very a helpful and friendly host. All in all a great stay and we definitely hope to return.

Really, a very charming place. The cabin is better equipped than described, and the bed surprisingly comfortable and warm. The area in general is very peaceful, yet, if you need, civilisation is not so far away. In some respects, the best of both worlds. I had a family of ducklings with me for the duration of my stay and the resident kingfisher made several appearances, though I struggled to capture it on camera in spite of my best efforts... The site also has other unexpected pleasantries, nooks, crannies, stump circles and a communal shelter should it pour. I did have the site to myself so remained content with my own space, but it's a nice feature. The shower was a bit different, but actually worked quite well, to be fair, and did the trick. For those interested, phone signal was good. All in, I was sad to leave. I hope to return, perhaps during a different season... What a peaceful, tranquil haven.

I've had such lovely stays at Motley . it's so peaceful and quiet with everything you could want after a hard day working. Thoroughly recommend

Great for our one night visit to the area. We had such a friendly welcome, Sian and Andrew were really responsive and helpful. Loved having the breakfast in the morning!

Great off grid experience, located in a field no where near any main roads, lovely scenery and extremely private, extremely cosy cabin with great views everywhere you look

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Caroline was an amazing host, being very thoughtful and proactive before our arrival, sending me clear directions to get to the caravan park. Also sending a very helpful list of restaurants beforehand as she was aware of the busy season (half term) - giving us opportunity to book in advance. Upon arrival, with her perfectly clear directions we found it in no time and once entered the place, we were welcomed with a welcome gift of some basics ( milk, bread, butter and jam). Such a wonderful touch! The caravan is exactly as it looks on the site, my kids were excited to see some toys (also a nice touch). The welcome pack was clear and able to read with so much information. We loved our stay and would happily come back again. Even the sad weather (1 rainy day) didn't upset us! We had a family dvd night (thanks to our host). Would definitely recommend!!
