First visit to Selsey and it’s a gem. The cottage was in a perfect location, felt bigger than the picture suggested and had gorgeous views from the upstairs sitting room.

The entire family really enjoyed the stay in this great house in a great location that ticked all the boxes for our requirements. Would recommend to anyone ! and the host was very helpful.

We had the most amazing stay at Andrea & Arnie’s home The house was clean and tidy We arrived to some cakes too which was a lovely touch! The outdoor area was such a lovely little sun trap, we had perfect weather and enjoyed sitting and soaking up the sun before I got married in Chichester on Friday! The amount of crockery, glassware & dishes available to prepare and serve food and drink in was fantastic! Location was fabulous, just a 20 minute walk to the marina where we enjoyed lunch at the boathouse restaurant Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous home for us to enjoy for 3 days 💜

An excellent base for the running event we did over the weekend. Felt cosy but also very spacious. The house is on a quiet street, and we never had any trouble finding a parking space. We would happily stay again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. The Annex at Emily’s house is a lovely place to stay and could have quite easily have stayed longer if I had the time available, it was very comfortable for the two of us and there is a sofa bed so a third could definitely stay there. I will definitely revisit and bring our little chihuahua. Emily is a super host and very friendly as was her dog Ruby.

We had a great stay at Holly’s place! Location is lovely and peaceful with walks onto the beach straight from the door but walking distance into town and a short drive from lots of lovely nearby towns too. Holly was very responsive and helpful as we had to change dates late notice which was very much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay in Selsey. April was an amazing host who responded incredibly quickly to all our questions both before and during our stay. We had a bit of difficulty getting the heating on on a stormy May evening, but April rang me within minutes and we were able to sort it out in no time. April was flexible to our request for early check in and helped us organise passes for the park amenities. The caravan is perfectly situated a few metres away from the swimming pool, beach, restaurants and entertainment. We were unlucky with the weather, but we're grateful to have April's clean cosy caravan to relax in. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Lovely quiet place which was cosy. Great location to see Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Southampton. Can walk to beach within 30 mins. Comfortable place with all amenities. You need a car but not tricky to get onto main motorways. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Relaxing break, no traffic, serene.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

A true home away from home. It was a 10 minute bike ride to the beach on a route which was fine for our 5yo on his bike. The Lamb Inn does great food and only a few minutes walk away (and has a playground for kids!). Tilly and Tim were happy to let our boys use the football goals and trampoline in the garden which was a brilliant added bonus. There’s also a great swing (conveniently located enroute to the pub). A bit cold in April for the pool but our boys still gave it a go and Tilly and Tim kindly lent us wetsuits - the kids loved it! Overall, friendly and flexible hosts and a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The hosts are easy to communicate with. All our queries were answered immediately. They also allowed us to check in early which is very kind of them. The place feels like home, the master’s bedroom bed was really comfortable which made our sleep every night so tight especially I have a back problem. Our son enjoyed playing on the veranda and we do not need to worry about him going anywhere. The location of the caravan is convenient; it was near the entertainment area which has Nisa local inside if we need something to buy and a restaurant. Over all our 3 nights and 4 days stay at Jayne & Keith’s caravan was wonderful and will recommend it to others.

Gary and Rachael's place is fantastic for a great holiday near to beaches and amenities. This is our third stay there. The static home has everything you need and is very clean, cosy, and peacefully located on the edge of the site close to countryside. The place is very dog friendly with walks a stone's throw from the home. Our dogs loved the safe enclosed veranda. We very much appreciated the extra touches and communication with the hosts was easy and straightforward. All our questions were answered immediately. Great hosts...we will definitely return.

Louisa was very responsive and helped with any issues I had. The caravan was very spacious, and was in a great location from the beach and clubhouse, but also really liked the private space allowing kids to have a bit of freedom outside. would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciate all Louisa's help.

Our first time at Seal Bay holiday park and I we are so pleased we chose to stay at Eileen’s caravan. It was clearly of a high standard with modern interior and we loved that it had a bathroom with shower and en-suite with bath which seemed very rare for the resort. The location was great in the Green Lawns area which was quiet and away from the busier louder parts of the park. Eileen was great from start to finish in responding to us, accommodating our last minute booking and answering any questions immediately. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Awesome week in Selsey, great location, fab house and wonderful hosts. Linda and Barry were brilliant and very welcoming. We had treats when we got to the house and it was every homely and spotless. Beach is so close and great for the dog especially at low tide, although fishing is great at high tide. Easy walk to good pubs and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent cottage with sea front view and walking access to a pebble beach. Well sticked kitchen diner and comfy bedrooms. The cottage is walking distance to selsey town-centre with some great bars and restaurants.

Had a wonderful 3 night break away here with our dog. Everything was as described and spotlessly clean and tidy. Great place to stay and just enjoy the surroundings and go on lots of long walks. Easy to get to other places nearby such as Chichester and The Witterings. Would highly recommend.
