House holiday rentals in Sebastian

I came to Vero Beach to spend the weekend at the beach and the location was only a 5 minute drive to south beach park. Also some great restaurants nearby.

Gabriela's home was the perfect home base for our trip to Sebastian/Vero. It's very clean and has great outdoor space! Our kids loved the game room and the selection of boogie boards, beach toys & towels. We also loved the two distinct living rooms (kids could hang in one, adults in the other) and tons of extra blankets in closets. It's a quick 5 min drive to get Groceries and just a bit further to the beach. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and Gabriela was super responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Grandkids loved the pool. I practically lived on the back patio. House matches pictures and description with many thoughtful extras. The coffee bar is best we've had at an Airbnb. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys for a fun day at the beach. Kitchen was very nice, and family room is huge. Communication was very good. House is on an acre, trees/bushes by the pool for privacy. Many restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. My wife and grandkids even drove to Disney for a day.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

Our son lives just two streets up and didn’t have the room to accommodate everyone since all of the family was coming down for a visit. The place was perfect for us.Everything was as described as listed and more. The pool was a big hit as our grandsons loved it so much and Kevin was great to work with. Hope to come back and enjoy it again in the future.

This place was a gem. The location was great, the pool was wonderful, and the house was as described. There were extra touches that really went above and beyond—all the amenities, the multiple options of coffee machines, the numerous bath and beach towels—everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice stay in Vero Beach.

Second year here, still a great place to stay. Perfect for our family and getting some work done while we visit Sebastian. The pool is great.

This house is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool lanai was awesome and it was cool watching tv outside in the pool. My family is from NH so we could never be able to do something like this. Eddie was very informative and knowledgeable. So much so we didn’t even need to reach out to him for any questions. Very pleasant to deal with for checkin and check out process. Would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again. This house is spacious and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and we just LOVE the record player and the records. Check in was easy and we received all of the check in info from the hosts without having to ask. My daughter thought she may have left her glasses there and they offered to ship them to me if they found them. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This was our second stay here in as many months. We absolutely love it. Julia is always responsive. The house is clean and neat and it is easy to get to places from there. I highly recommend Julia and her house. It feels like home away from home.

We had a great time staying at Andrew's place. When a few things didn't exactly match our expectations, the hosts went out of their way to make things right immediately. The property and house are fun and beachy. Our kids loved the pool!

This was my 1st AirBnb and it was absolutely Amazing! Erin was kind, and answered every question I had and accommodated my family and I throughout our stay. Aaron, one of the property managers helped me to park my boat and showed me everything I needed to know about the water in the area. the house and property is a paradise, the house is clean, the yard and new dock are amazing. This whole experience has exceeded our expectations and I am 100% going to keep reservations throughout the year even if for just a long weekend! I only live 30 mins away from here and the ocean is 15 minutes from my home, so for me to say this is a paradise says alot!! John’ place was very nice to stay at, the only down side was the swimming pool was green . But we let him know right way and the pool guy was there the next day. and the pool was sparkling after he clean it .We were there for Vacation to relax , and had fun we did just that. We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and fresh. The pool was amazing and there was nothing this host did not think of that was provided, from beach chairs to a beach bag to pool noodles. The ambience of the pool deck with the lighting was perfect. The surroundings with the lush plants were beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

The Main house was clean and affordable! Rob the host had great communication! We will definitely be booking again!

We had an excellent time! Our two girls loved the pool, house was clean and organized, grill made excellent steaks, and we felt right at home! Highly Recommend!

Modern home, spacious, and easy check in/out.

We found this place very welcoming! The accommodation was nicely decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Zoey is a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. This immaculate, cheerful vacation home was ideal for our family vacation. The parents were able to escape to our private cabana and our teenagers had the main house to themselves. The pool was clean, warm and exactly as described, and the pool area was a mini oasis with bar, TV, lots of beach and pool furniture and toys, and no annoying insects thanks to the screen enclosure. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, and we very much appreciated the extra toiletries that were available. The garage area with the new washer and dryer was sparkling clean and full of beach chairs and toys, a beach umbrella, and everything needed for a great day at the beach. Although our children are older now, I was also impressed by all the baby supplies (diapers, wipes, etc) left for guests, a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at Grant’s place, having stayed there two years ago. I would stay there every time if it were available. I don’t think there’s a cleaner, more comfortable accommodation in Sebastian for the money.

beautiful house inside, and very well kept! lots of amenities too. the spaciousness is great for families and accessible features were greatly aappreciated! pool was lovely and lanai area was wonderful! I would recommend to older families who want to lay low and families w kids who will love the pool!!
