“To begin, Charlotte is a great communicator, very prompt and thorough in explanation and helps. The location of the bungalow is easy to find, off the beaten path, and secluded enough to have privacy, but close enough to all food and shops to be convenient. The bungalow itself is fabulous. It's very spacious, more than enough room for two people. The living area is large and comfortable, as is the bedroom (remember to mind the step!) and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen, dining area, and bath accommodations are very nice, as well. The back porch area is very inviting, but was the only negative part of the stay, that we could not enjoy it longer because the mosquitoes were out. But it's Florida, in woods, in the rainy season, to be expected. The amenities and little extras Charlotte includes are wonderful, right down to the fresh garlic available if you wish to cook. Charlotte provides bikes and kayaks to use during the stay, and we used both. They were all good quality and helped us enjoy the surrounding area and a trip down the river. This was one of our best Airbnb stays and we will recommend and hopefully return for another trip.”
SEBASTIAN TROPICAL SANCTUARY! This is an Oasis in the truest sense. Please read the reviews. This is a "mini-resort". Private saltwater pool next to a deck that overlooks the pond (home to 10 ducks, koi & panfish). Plus, a 7500 sq ft yard lined with tropical trees. All private. Inside all new. Marble countertops, upgraded appliances, 250 sq foot custom aquatic mosaic, artisan glassware, and artwork. Mature trees, wildlife, landscape lighting, hanging chairs, cornhole, horseshoes...everything!
“Kathy’s house was so quaint and stylish with thoughtful touches throughout. The property was absolutely adorable. We loved hanging out by the salt water pool with our music playing on the outdoor speakers while our family enjoyed the swinging chairs and pool floats. The pond with the ducks and the newest baby editions had such a peaceful view. We loved cooking by the grill and watching the wildlife (fish, ducks, birds, squirrels) from the doc. The house itself was updated and clean. There were plenty of quality, white linens on the beds and extras for the air mattress and sofa bed. There were ceiling fans throughout the house and you have full control of the thermostat. We loved that Kathy’s house was well stocked with spices and extras for cooking and hosting dinners. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. We took many walks and enjoyed looking at all the different houses. The house is about a 10 minute drive to the beach and a little further if you wanted to explore different beaches or towns like Sebastian State Park or Vero Beach (shops, food, parks, etc.). Kathy was incredibly communicative and quick with her responses. When messaging her with questions she answered right away. We also couldn’t find extra toilet paper and she delivered it immediately. I have stayed in many Air B&Bs and Kathy’s place is 5 stars. My family and I can’t wait to come back!”
This is a brand new home in beautiful Sebastian, FL. The home is located in a private neighborhood on a canal off of the Indian River lagoon. You are likely to see a variety of wildlife in the canal including manatees, dolphin, otters and a variety of fish. The house has an open floor plan with contemporary stained and polished concrete floors. The master suite (along with other rooms) includes views of the water along with a huge 3-headed shower. Bring your boat because you have a dock :)
“This home is an absolute gem. One of my first questions was how well the kitchen is stocked because we love to cook and it didn’t disappoint. There wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t there. The house is very nicely furnished, beds are comfortable, sparkling clean and communication couldn’t have been better. I fished in the canal with my girls which was a lot of fun. We saw manatees and dolphins going by quite a few times durning our stay. What a relaxing experience. Thank you Brian & Glenda for your hospitality, we hope to stay here again in the near future.”
