Townhome holiday rentals in Seattle

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

We had an great experience at Cathy’s place! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy and very clean. Also, Cathy made sure to include little thoughtful touches (a welcome basket with coffee and local chocolate and wine). Communication with Cathy was seamless. She was friendly and responsive. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay last night at Anne’s place. Plenty of room and comfy beds. The view off the balcony is amazing of the water and city. There are quite a few stairs you’ll need to climb, if that’s an issue for you. We recommend this place.

i absolutely loved my stay here! michelle was amazing and was able to get me in right away as i needed it that same day. it was very clean and i appreciated all the little bows the cleaners left! super cute and in a very safe neighborhood.

We had such an incredible stay. The location is beautiful, the views from the large bedroom and the roof are absolutely breathtaking at sunset. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, with clear labels and instructions on everything. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile, which was only about a 35 minute walk. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, but without the stress of being right downtown. Just about a 10 minute walk North was a great 2-mile path we used to run in the mornings. I would for sure stay here for a second. I kind of want to go back already!

In addition to the property being exactly as dexcribed, its location was convenient to public transportation which was especially helpful in getting around the city during an exceptionally busy week - university, college, and high school graduations, large public gathetings - to name but a few. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great, quiet area a few minutes walk from the Museum of Pop & the Space Needle area. The apartment was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing and luckily we used it most nights because of the fantastic weather. There are multiple great cafes right on the block and a grocery store a block away. It didn't bother us but if you have problems with steps, this place honestly isn't for you. Street parking was pretty easy but there was one day (memorial day) that I had to park a bit further away. Liz was a communicative host and everything was smooth. Overall a good experience.

There are not enough words I can say to describe the perfection of this listing. I will be let down at every single Airbnb going forward because of how pristine this home was. The host put so much intentionality into every single thing in the home. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, the linen smelled amazing. A hint of very natural Jasmine, The coffee bar made waking up in the morning a dream come true. Every room is equipped with a smart TV and even chargers for your phones. Eve and Tok literally thought of everything a visitor would need and it’s in this home. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and peaceful in the evening. It’s close enough to all the popular places to visit in Downtown Seattle. I’m sad we didn’t stay here longer! You will not regret booking this precious place!!

Sarah’s place was great. We were a party of two couples, and in town for a cruise sailing out of Seattle. While there are lots of stairs, leading to 3 levels, they were wide and gave us good exercise. Walkable to Seattle Center and tourist attractions, as well as good restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and super cute, the beds were both comfortable. But the star of the show was the upper deck-the most amazing views of the city and the space needle. Wow!

Location is amazing. The house was perfect. Michael was extremely helpful. It was a perfect little first trip for my two year old daughter who couldn’t get enough of the beach. Taking the water taxi to Seattle aquarium, going to woodland zoo and more.

This upstairs unit was perfect for family to stay in while in Seattle for a graduation. Great amenities, very walkable. Everything we needed in one place! Comfy beds too. Definitely recommend!

Dora and Le hosted such a wonderful stay for me and my husband! The space was the perfect size for two (it honestly felt quite roomy) it was nice and private and suuuper clean! Would also like to mention how cute the space was! Dora recommended some great food joins super close by, and there was easy access to public transportation all around the city. I felt safe and tucked away, and if I had any issues, Dora was very responsive and super generous. Beautiful place! Will stay again!

Great townhouse. Very clean, comfortable beds and terrific location. There are a lot of stairs so it may not work for everyone but that wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen was well stocked for those who want to eat in. The rooftop patio was a huge plus. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Seattle.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

The place itself was exactly as described: clean, modern, safe, and very comfortable. The photos on the listing were accurate, so there were no surprises. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing. Worth the money. Devin is a pleasure to work with. The garage was very tight though so know that if you have a large vehicle it will likely not fit. But it wasn’t an issue to find street parking. Would stay again!

Well furnished & decorated home in central location within short distance to the sights and neighborhoods we wanted to see. Appreciated how comfortable the beds were and enjoyed the rooftop patio for the views. Responsive host and attentive to our needs. Just know that the upstairs bedrooms are cooled by one wall unit air-conditioner in the primary. The guest room was rather warm though they are fans in there.
