Townhome holiday rentals in Washington

Great landing spot near the Olympic National Park. Located in a nice neighborhood. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in yard, and we enjoyed the salt water hot tub after long days. The kitchen was well equipped to make full meals. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Tons of space to spread out. I’d rent it again.

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

This townhome was lovely, very new and fresh and clean. The location is amazing with walk ability to grocery store, restaurants, and public transit. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions, even sending someone out to help with the TV. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle!

Erin and Shawn were super responsive and super helpful (be sure to check out their blog!). Their rooftop patio offers spectacular views of downtown and the Space Needle, and their place is accessible via the Capitol Hill rail station--and within walking distance of almost everything you'll want to do. Highly recommend!

My third time and I'm already booked for a 4th visit. The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Comfortable and spacious. It's starting to feel like our home away from home.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

This condo was amazing! We absolutely loved how close it was to the downtown area. We walked down there each morning. The pool and hot tub were so close to the condo and we took advantage of that. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck to play cards or enjoying our morning coffee.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I arrived late in Seattle, but Derek was very flexible and kind enough to host us at such short notice. Very communicative. The townhouse is exactly as described, clean and tidy. Loved the roof terrace for evening drinks and morning coffee. Very cool neighborhood and lots to do. Parking is a bit tricky, not many spots on the street available and the overnight parking garage are not recommended as most cars were broken into. But everything is within walking distance so not a problem for us after we parked the car in front of the house. I would definitely come back, it's private, yet I'm the middle of city hussle and bussle. We really enjoyed ourselves in this house. A real gem.

Natalie + Levi were responsive, good communicators and very accommodating. Their place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supported with pots, pans, and misc spices and supplies. Water pressure was good in all bathrooms, showers and kitchen. Washer & dryer and dishwasher were new and easy to use. I didn't get into the hot tub, but family members did and loved it--what a nice touch. Anyways, I could go on--but in summary, if the location, size & price meet your needs, don't hesitate to stay--we loved it!

The lodge is perfect! We loved everything about our stay. checkin was easy. Communication was clear. The lodge is even nicer than the photos. Everything is spotless, attractive and designed for the comfort of guests. We would absolutely stay again.

Blair's place was a very pleasant stay for the four of us. It was extremely clean, spacious and had a great rooftop spot. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the train that we used to go to T-Mobile park and the airport. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Blair was easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Seattle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s Airbnb. Excellent response and communication throughout the entire stay. The battery on the auto door lock went dead on our 3rd day of the trip and within a couple of hours of alerting our host the batteries were replaced and back up and running without us having to lift a finger. The house was clean, had all the amenities listed on the posting and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to visit Seattle due to the convenient location! Thanks again Brian :)

Clean, convenient newer home. Well appointed. Attentive host with quick response. Note the stairs to bedrooms. The roof top deck was lovely - even without any seating.

Thank you so much, Luke and Marcos, for such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Within minutes, my 12 year old decided she wanted to stay forever. The bed, sheets, and pillows were wonderful. Great place to stay and great host 👍

This was a great place for my friends and I to stay for our concert at Lumen Field! Always a quick drive away from all the amenities and activities Seattle has to offer as well.

This place was absolutely perfect and I hope to stay here every time I visit my brother in Seattle. The rooftop patio was such a bonus, my cousins and I loved spending time up there enjoying the views and weather. Karl was super responsive and proactive with information, everything was clear and easy. The bonus is the rooms and bathrooms are large and also there is a desk in the middle floor bedroom, which really came in handy to get some work done while we were there.

Great townhome with amazing views and proximity to so much. As described; the photos capture the spaces well. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Our family loved Capitol Hill. Responsive and welcoming hosts.

Lovely Host, very responsive. Great location if you are of drinking age. Still plenty to do without drinking but ballard is really known for its brewers. Very walkable and lime scooters are in abundance.

Awesome stay in Seattle! Fantastic location, very walkable neighborhood. Walked to grab groceries, coffee, dinner, shopping, Kerry Park, and the Space Needle. Convenient to Pike Place Market too. Loved the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay here again.

Missing some basic cleaning items (broom) and kitchen sponges appears well used. Host was extremely responsive and provided needed items. House was close to public transportation and was easy to use to see the sights of Seattle.

House was a great layout for a group with three adults and three kids. The three levels gave privacy and separation. Stocked with fresh linens and towels. Closet had hangers and ample storage space to unpack. We rented a car and found it was the only way to travel to touristy locations. Area was not walkable (not too many things near) but there was a fun playground one block away. Playground was approved by all three kids - 13,10,7. Do t miss the great “list of things to do” the host supplies. We did many of the things on list and found it to be an accurate guide to enjoying the city.

We had such an amazing time staying here! Our group absolutely loved the space — it was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. The rooftop view was a total highlight; we spent evenings up there taking in the scenery and hanging out together. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host was wonderful — friendly, responsive, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our getaway, and we’d absolutely come back!
