Monthly Rentals in Sea of Okhotsk

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had more. The cabin located beside the farm and restaurant. Very accessible to get our meals. Yoko was very hands on, checking in with us personally. She was very friendly. I really had a good time here. The scenery was great with mountain view. You can sit on deck for hours. We also played with the ranch dogs after our BBQ dinner. :)

A beautiful place to stay and very clean. I wish I could stay even longer:) If I'm in the area next time I will book the place again ☺️

We loved the authentic Japanese feel of this house in the woods. We used the irori (hearth) to cook a lamb stew, which was an unforgettable experience. We were also able to walk to the nearby onsen which also has a restaurant/cafe. This is an excellent base from which to explore Asahidake and Sounkyo. The town of Kamikawa is also worth exploring.

Very friendly host and personally provides detailed briefing on checking in. There is allocated parking lot nearby so not an issue if you drive. It's also a short walking distance to the Kitami station if you are coming by train. House is exactly as shown in the pictures and has everything to make my stay comfortable! Rice cooker and basic cooking ingredients such as oil, soy sauces, dressings were provided too if you like to prep a meal. There are 1 bunk bed and a sofa which can be converted to a bed too. There are also nearby convenience stores such as Seicomart and Lawson. For larger supermart there are aeon and tobu mall but more suitable for driving there. I hope to come back again the next time to explore more parts of Kitami city and other nearby natural parks.
