A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

The house was magnificent, there was nothing missing, every detail was considered. Although the house temperature was our little baby, it was more than enough. The host was in constant communication. We had a pleasant time as a family.

We stayed here as a group of 10 for my 30th birthday and had the best time. The house was spacious and super comfortable – plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms are large, and having multiple bathrooms made getting ready so much easier for a big group. Plus, location is amazing!! The kitchen is really well-equipped and open, which made it perfect for all the birthday prep we did. There’s also a lovely little garden where we spent a lot of time hanging out, having drinks, and just enjoying the space. Even though it was hot outside, the AC kept the house cool, which made a huge difference. Overall, it was such a great place for a group stay – we all genuinely loved it and would definitely come back!

The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

The location is very close to the center, especially the market, butcher, it was very good for our needs, a clean villa, they were on their way to clean it when we checked out, conservative area and definitely our needs were thought to the finest detail, I felt like in my own home, Ms. Gonca was also very caring, thank you very much🌸

We loved the villa in the photos, but when we got there, we all just loved it. Since the villa is on the hill, it has an enormous view. There is no one around that can bother you. The temperature of the pool was very nice. There is a thermometer and air conditioning in the house, you can turn it on as long as you want. Since it was cold in the evening, we opened it all the way and the floors were warm. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, except for 2 shared toilets and 1 shower place. The landscaping of the garden was amazing. When we will come as a crowded group, this will be our only address from now on. Mr. Emin helped me with everything I asked, and I would also like to thank him. If you're thinking about booking, make SURE to see this home alive. You'll love the nature and lake view😊
