Holiday rentals with a pool in Sea of Marmara

We stayed 1 night in this Sapanca villa with a Bali concept and everything was really great. The design of the house was very meticulous and aesthetic. It was well above our expectations in terms of comfort. Everything we might need was thought of and was complete. Cleanliness, decoration, peace… It was all there. I recommend it with peace of mind to anyone who wants to rest and experience a different atmosphere. We can't wait to come back

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

I would definitely recommend everyone to go, you can feel yourself on the Black Sea side, here the mountain and greenery view is beautiful, the sea view is beautiful, Bekir brother is very helpful, he helped me in everything, I thank him, I will definitely choose this place again for my next holiday plan, happy holidays to everyone 🫶🏼

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

We did not have any problems during the stay. The house was as in the photos. It was really good in terms of transportation. The subway is right nearby. There are Migrosjet, a pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. in the vicinity. Everything was as described.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

The house was very clean and tidy, they also helped with the check-in/check-out time. Mr. Kaan is one of the most interested hosts I have seen on airbnb, you can stay with peace of mind.
