Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Sea of Marmara

This is the third time I stay at one of Emre’s units, and like every time, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. Emre is a great, very responsive and welcoming host. The place looks exactly like the photos and very clean. Very recommended unit and looking forward to stay at one of Emre’s units for my next trip to Istanbul.

If I could give 6 stars, I would give them to this wonderful host. He is really helpful. I recommend him to all hosts around the world.

Bee is very responsive and always ready to help with any problems that arise. My wife, son, and I enjoyed Istanbul and the view from the 47th floor for two days. There were no serious problems. Thanks to the owners of this apartment. Everything was great!

this airbnb is absolutely incredible your like at home in your own apartment we came as a couple you do your own thing in your own time, i would highly recomened it not bad for a price as compared to hotel you pay the same price but you get only a room , here all in one from bedrooms to kitchen and spacious shower room and toilet, you also get security for the building for your safety and lastly great area nice and quiet compared to taksim were it was all noisy all night everyday

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

Recep and Umit were very responsive and helpful! The apartment is well located, and very safe. Overall great experience, minor heads up, the pillows are a-bit stiff, if you are planning a longer stay i would suggest bringing a softer pillow for a restful sleep. Overall, check in and out were very smooth, the apartment was lovely and the hosts offered great hospitality, thank you!

The accommodation at Ali's was perfect, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, functional and very clean. Clean and comfortable bedding. Fidel to the description. Located in a very quiet street, but very close to the lively neighborhoods, accessible on foot: 5 minutes from the Galata Tower, 10 minutes from the port of Galata (I loved it, especially at nightfall) and 10 from Karakoy. Very well served by land or sea public transport! Don't forget hearing protectors, the garbage truck comes by at 5:30 in the morning. I highly recommend the accommodation!! Thank you very much

Everything is near by, the apartment is really clean and tidy. Everything was as described and the communication with Mehment was very easy since he replies very fast. He gave us some recommendations for our trip and offered help for whatever we needed. The check in and check out was really easy going- very flexibel. I sincerely recommend this apartment!

It was a mini holiday that we enjoyed a lot, we spent 3 very peaceful days. It is a place where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea. The house is clean and tidy, and the host Mr. Murat was a wonderful person with his smiling face, his advice and his help in everything we wanted, and I can't forget the fish he prepared himself... it was delicious :) It was a house that we would definitely want to go back to, thank you very much for everything.

Clean, luxurious, and a friendly host 5 stars in my book

It was a perfect place to relax in nature, even though we couldn't swim, it was very close, we fish, and the sea looked clean. There's little phone reception, but we had no problems because it was wireless. We took very nice photos. It was a nice trip without any problems, thank you to the hosts. I recommend.

The host was a very friendly person, as stated, everything was very nice, the apartment was clean, I felt like I was at home, I will definitely choose it again when I come back.

Great Location Great View Quality Place

Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

First of all, they were very helpful and the cleanliness was great. After 1 day of stay, I left really satisfied. Thank you for everything.

For anyone arriving by car, I definitely recommend the property since there is a secure parking garage under the building. I will note, though, that navigating the parking garage is a bit tight. If you're in a large SUV you might find it a bit challenging. You should have zero issues in any 'normal' airport rental though. Beyond that, Taksim Square is just a short walk away, small markets for fruit and vegetables, and Istiklal with all of its shopping and such.

I can say that it was the cleanest house we stayed in, which made it feel like our own home. The location is already very good 5 and 10 minutes to the airport. The site was also very safe and peaceful. The entrance and exit is smooth. Due to the location, the metro is very close to everywhere. The house was hot, even though the weather was cold. And it was really spotless. The house smelled very nice and the fact that there was no smoking in the house. The host, Ms. Busra, was also very kind and caring and very helpful with everything.
