We had the opportunity to stay in a wonderful house full of peace, surrounded by nature. Everything was as beautiful as in the photos, even more beautiful. Silence, cleanliness and comfort were literally beyond our expectations. The host, Mr. Celil, was also extremely polite, understanding and helpful. We stayed in Çanakkale for 2 days. First of all, the host Mr. Kenan was very interested. The house is immaculate and convenient. It has everything you need. The location is very good. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes. If you go with your own car, there is a parking lot 5 minutes away from the house, and if you go with Mr. Kenan's name, they give a discount.

The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything

After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

The house was magnificent, there was nothing missing, every detail was considered. Although the house temperature was our little baby, it was more than enough. The host was in constant communication. We had a pleasant time as a family.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We loved the villa in the photos, but when we got there, we all just loved it. Since the villa is on the hill, it has an enormous view. There is no one around that can bother you. The temperature of the pool was very nice. There is a thermometer and air conditioning in the house, you can turn it on as long as you want. Since it was cold in the evening, we opened it all the way and the floors were warm. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, except for 2 shared toilets and 1 shower place. The landscaping of the garden was amazing. When we will come as a crowded group, this will be our only address from now on. Mr. Emin helped me with everything I asked, and I would also like to thank him. If you're thinking about booking, make SURE to see this home alive. You'll love the nature and lake view😊
